Great product-horrible customer service

This should have been an easily fixed issue. 2 instead of 3 bottles received for multivitamin subscription. Website says use help email address to contact them with response expected within I working day. I received no reply or even acknowledgement. I emailed several tomes more on the same chain but got no response. The last email I sent at this stage was to say I would cancel my subscriptions if I did not get some sort of reply. I had received an email saying they were preparing another subscription delivery which I did not want to proceed with while being ignored. After making the cancellations I got an email from Support which I immediately replied to (31st March). To date I have had no further response from them. They still owe me either another bottle or a refund. Hugely disappointing

Very poor company - avoid.

Very poor company - failed to deliver subscription for over a month but still debited my bank card. No contact till I chased them and then claimed they’d run out of product and new supply expected soon. More time passed so I asked for a refund and cancelled my subscription - they ignored my refund request and said they’d ship to me soon. I kept trying but they wouldnt refund so I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Bank credited my money immediately but rock and roses denied there was an issue - after the bank sent evidence they backed down and admitted they were wrong and sent the money back to the bank. Be really careful with this outfit.

No Difference Noticed

I didn’t notice a difference with the probiotic for her, quite disappointing. Had really high hopes. Not sure how long I’m meant to take them to see a difference but I have 7 left in the bottle. I’m going to see the whole course through. Who knows might be a miracle.

Bought the pribiotics for Womens health had a few UTIs feel great took them for a month and drank lots of water.

Oh my goodness! 5*

I am going to be 💯 honest.

I bought this product at the beginning of 0ctober. Started to take it two weeks later because I was ready at start on the weight loss plan!! I was informed it may affect my hair due to diet change. I am 57 and have gone through the menopause. As we women know that losing hair can also be menopausal and your hair starts to go thin and I found my hair was receding on the sides (forehead).

So 3 month down the line my hair is starting to grow back where I was receding and has got thicker all around.

There are so many products out there and can be a waste of money.

Well let me tell you that this product is worth buying and is working for me. I definitely recommend it and be sure to buy a few when on offer. I’m so glad I did and more than anything I’m glad it does what it says it does and not being ripped off.

Didn’t expect to be writing the review so I haven’t had my roots done or put cuticle oil on my nail’s and no hand cream 🙂

Just want to add these are my nails and not acrylics. Not once have they got brittle or snapped. Will need shears not nail scissors or clippers to trim them 😉

3 weeks for supplements to arrive

I purchased supplements on 22nd Jan, it's now the 29th Jan and I noticed my order hadn't been dispatched. After contacting them they said:

"We are currently transitioning Probiotics for Her to a fresh new batch. While the previous batch remains within date, it is approaching the end of its shelf life, and as part of our quality standards, we have taken the decision to pause shipping and move directly to the new batch instead.

This ensures that you receive the product at its best possible freshness, potency, and quality, which is something we take very seriously.

We are expecting to begin shipping orders from the new batch towards the end of the week commencing 2nd February 2026."

Given their supplements had previously taken a week to arrive, this will be nearly 3 weeks from the order date to receiving them. All customers should have been contacted about the delay rather than me having to ask where my order is. I can't wait 3 weeks and will have to order from a different supplier. I have requested a refund but am yet to receive a response.

You’re absolutely right that this order experienced a longer wait than usual, and we understand why that’s frustrating. In this case, we made a deliberate decision to pause dispatch rather than ship a probiotic batch that was approaching the end of its shelf life.

Because probiotics contain live bacterial strains, freshness and remaining shelf life directly affect potency and effectiveness. While the previous batch was still within date, it did not meet the freshness window we are comfortable supplying to customers. Rather than selling a product that would arrive with reduced remaining life, we chose to hold orders and move straight to the newly manufactured batch, ensuring customers receive probiotics at their best.

We fully appreciate that not every customer can wait, and in those cases we are always happy to process a refund — no questions asked. If you have requested one and haven’t yet seen confirmation, please contact us directly at hello@rockandroses.life
and we will prioritise this immediately.

We also take on board the feedback regarding proactive communication, and we are improving how we notify customers when we make quality-driven decisions like this in future.

Cannot cancel or change subscription

While I have no problem with the product itself, I cannot communicate with this company to cancel my subscription, which is occurring much too frequently. To log into the website to access the subscriptions page, you have to fill in a code, which is emailed to you. The problem is, the code is required four minutes after you have requested it, but the email does not appear until five or six minutes later. This happened each time I requested it. Every. Single. Time. So, when you enter the code, the four minutes has elapsed and you get a "code error" message, meaning you cannot log into your account.
I have tried this for the last two times my vitamins have been due to be sent to me and I had to email customer service each time. I can't help thinking this is a deliberate ploy to prevent customers from changing their subscription preferences. Once I can get a reply, I'm afraid I will be cancelling my prescription, as I simply don't trust this company's motives.

I’d like to clarify a few important points for context. Customers can access and manage their subscriptions in several clearly signposted ways, including via the “Login to your subscription” link in the website header, homepage, and footer. Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled directly from the portal at any time, without needing to contact customer service.

The one-time access code is sent automatically and instantly by our subscription system. In cases where the email appears delayed or doesn’t arrive, this is usually due to the customer’s email provider filtering or delaying automated messages. We always recommend checking spam/junk folders or adding our sending address to the safe sender list, which typically resolves the issue straight away.

There is absolutely no intention — or benefit — for us to prevent customers from managing or cancelling their subscriptions. In fact, we want customers to stay only if the product and delivery frequency genuinely work for them.

If you’re still experiencing difficulty, our support team is always happy to help quickly and manually update or cancel a subscription on your behalf.

Probiotics for Her


Female supplement
I’ve been taking this for around 3 weeks now, so it’s a bit soon to be able to leave feedback. However all is good so far. A speedy delivery and capsules that are not too big to comfortably swallow. I was really relieved to find this product. I’ve been having a couple of UTIs a year for the past 2 years and I’m really hopeful that a tailor made product like this will help.
