Excellent from start to finish. A truly personal service which made our dream holiday to Mauritius a reality.

Alex organised my holiday and was helpful and responsive when getting it booked. We had passport trouble on the way out, and Alex was incredibly helpful in terms of managing a solution with Air Mauritius to make it work. It really highlighted the benefits of using a specialist travel agent who knows the region and the airlines. Had we booked independently we wouldn't have had the traction and relationship with the airline to reach a solution. So a huge thank you, Alex. I would definitely recommend Rockbird Travel. :-)

Booked a holiday to mauritius,everything from my initial enquiry to getting there was extremely easy and Alex could not of been more helpful nothing was to much trouble for him,always very quick to answer any quireies I had,the hotel we booked (tammasa) was excellent too. Alex arranged the travel details for our magical honeymoon. He made the planning process with us so effortless. and made himself available to the hundreds of questions we had for him in such a professional manner.

Our flights were cancelled by the departing airport and Alex was incredibly quick to the post to make alternative arrangements.

We had a fantastic holiday at La Pirogue in Mauritius where the wedding of our son Wesley&Sian was held.Alex was very helpful and efficient in organising everything for us and all the guests including flights,transfers and seats on the plane.He was amicable,attended to all our needs as required.We shall definitely be using his services for holidays in the future.Many thanks Alex for making our stay in Mauritius so enjoyable.

Nothing was too much for Alex, he patiently answered what felt like a million questions from me and was on hand to guide me through my connecting flights.

Alex organised a holiday to Mauritius and Dubai for us and as usual everything went like clockwork. Great hotel in Mauritius with fabulous staff and top class food. Dubai hotel was well placed on the beach at the palm and again food was very good. I will be using Rockbird again next year.
