Order placed and received with no issues and product as described

Bought a pair of cycling shorts and they arrived just in a clear bag so it was obvious what I’d bought to anyone handling the package. The shorts were see through so I went through the process of returning which was horrendous. Took days for a reply and even longer to get a return address. Just hectic from start to finish. Not a good experience at all.

I do not know what is wrong with you people but I sent you a lot of emails and you could not send me one back that is not the way you should be. I will shop with you people again as you can't reply back to me you will need to get this sorted

Ordered summer fingerless gloves, Delivery was really fast. Ordered XXL, I normally wear XL specialised gloves and the XXL fitted perfectly.
Really good quality, stretchy with padded areas. Fantastic value, souch so I've ordered the autumn full finger gloves.

I bought the Rockbros 3-piece kids helmet set and was a bit hesitant because of the price, but it was absolutely worth every penny. The quality is great, it fits well, and gives me peace of mind knowing my child is protected. Delivery was reasonably fast too. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend!

Items were missing on delivery, customer service replaced them straight away free of charge.
The pedals were great as well, very pleased.

Gloves are rubbish quality. I was charged £10 for delivery which cost them £1.50 ( I have seen the invoice).
Will not be using again....ever

My son's loving his new cycling shades and wears them all the time! The only minor thing he’s not so happy about is that the white temples quickly discoloured.

Found Rockbrossport via an online search. My twin grandsons (aged 9) chose a helmet, to their own colour choice and I ordered them that day. Both were delivered a few days later, well packaged with a free bicycle bell included.
These full face helmets have a detachable chin guard and its up to them how to wear them. So far they have not ridden their bicycles without their helemts in full face mode. They fit well after a bit of adjustment to the chin strap. Hopefully, they are never "tested" as to their effectiveness when they ride their bicycles.

I ordered a cycle helmet with photochromic visor for my partner as a present. The ordering process was easy to follow, and I received my order in good time. Unfortunately, the box was a very flimsy display box with a hole cut into so you can see the product with my address slapped on it. The box was a little damaged and very easily opened by anyone. I discovered that the photochromic visor was missing. I emailed customer service as soon as I noticed. They were FANTASTIC! Very responsive and helpful. They conducted a thorough investigation resulting in a replacement which arrived swiftly. Again though this was in the same flimsy packaging except this time Royal Mail had put it in a clear bag to try and prevent tampering. Despite this, the replacement arrived undamaged, intact and all parts accounted for. My partner is super pleased with his new cycle helmet and really rates it for comfort and safety. I have mentioned my concerns over the packing to customer services who will hopefully take note. I really rate my RockBros experience as a positive one and I am super happy with how they handled the situation. Thanks guys!

The phone holder handlebar mount, doesn’t work if your handle bars are tapered. I can’t get mine to stay in one place without it slipping and becoming loose.

Having resolved initial problem with sizing I ordered two more lightweight cycling tops as I am impressed by the material, design and overall quality. Just be warned that even though I followed RockBros guidance on ‘western’ sizing I needed to go up two sizes to achieve a ‘relaxed’ (for Summer use) fit. One size up from normal would have given a tight, ‘athletic’, fit. RockBros customer service very helpful and delivery time quick.

The bag arrived so quickly, much sooner than was indicated on the website.
It has a large capacity, fits well in my frame and has two sides, one that stores important, flat things, and the other that takes all my bike repair kit when I am bike packing.

Faulty item received. Supposed to be photochromic but the lenses are by default dark grey-blue, even indoors. I immediately emailed the Customer service including pictures of the lenses. They replied the lenses came originally with a 'light tint. However, what I received had a dark tint, besides their product page clearly mentions that No UV = lens transparent.
The glasses are flimsy and emane a strong overwhelming chemical smell. Feels hazardous.
I sent 2 follow up emails and they have now ghosted me.
There are no UK phone number, and no button to initiate returns from their website. Very suspicious.
Had to contact my bank to raise a dispute.

Good quick service. I bought a pair of pannier bags. The design is well laid out very similar to another well known water proof pannier maker. The only thing I have a problem with in how the bottom hook clips onto my rack though that could just be the rack. The straps could be designed better to pull down a tighter and stow away the excess strap. Massive volume though.
