Not many hosts can boast proper global caching options for smaller site owners like myself. Moving from Fastly was a challenge as I needed a host with full site edge caching that could easily be cleared given how often we post new content. We were able to work with the Rocket.net team to build a new solution that fits our needs perfectly. The move to Rocket cut our hosting costs by 50% but we still had the power of a global, high performing CDN with lots of security features and a custom plugin to quickly purge select content. On good days, we see a cache hit delivery ratio sometimes reaching as high as 96%. It also makes for easy work to keep all our metrics in the green bands on Core Web Vitals. I would recommend them not only because of their network, but because of how supportive their team is and how willing they were to help a small customer such as myself work out a custom caching solution. For the first time in a long time, I can focus much more time on content creation rather than worrying about constantly tinkering under the site's hood.

I switched over to Rocket because I had read the outstanding reviews and I haven't been disappointed. I tried Bluehost and Cloudways, both of which were horrendous. But with Rocket, everything just worked. My website is faster, the customer service is outstanding, and the interface is really easy to use. Definitely worth it! :)

I signed up for Rocket.net approximately 7 months ago based on a bloggers review and carried out some further research online, and due to the great reviews decided to choose them as my web hosting provider. I have taught myself wordpress and other technical related issues, but had one problem when trying to connect my domain, and reached out to support. I was contacted by Ben who took the time to review the problem and then provided a solution solving the connecting issue.

Just a few days ago, I had to make the tough decision to leave and find a very low cost shared hosting, as I'm currently helping to financially support my wife's Ukrainians family in relation to the well publicised situation, and this affect our financial circumstances.

Site 1 is new and helping to teach newbies wordpress.

I have spent some time previously looking for a good host and a good, optimised, well coded theme and as a result, I have an amazing Google Pagespeed and good Gmetrix score.

The fastest and most secure WordPress hosting to date
I've been hosting our marketing sites with Rocket.net for over one year now and the experience has been amazing. While the speed and security is great, their support truly is top notch. There have been several times when we had issues far beyond the scope of typical hosting support and their team did not hesitate to jump in and solve the problem. If you're looking to put your WordPress hosting on autopilot, I highly recommend Rocket.net!

Sorry for my previous review! But I don't agree with them completely that I tried to cheat them. I actually was new and when I had applied for their hosting I found I mistakenly not bought hosting from my main business account and I had immediately canceled their subscription I didn't use their coupon code or free hosting even for an hour and then I tried to do with another account so they became so rude and immediately suspended my account without listening to me for a single time. Then, I tried to buy their hosting with multiple accounts and they immediately ban me though I even paid for their subscription I mean the full price but they didn't allow me, but I won't argue on that.

I have never spoken to their staff member badly at all if they believe I did that so I apologize.

Their hosting is good also their support is good in terms of fast response and technical support too but they actually for me at least are too much rude, I even told them that they can see how many times i used coupon. And, also I never used their coupon multiple times in fact I paid full prices but they canceled and refunded and banned.

I just wanted to use their hosting because they are a really good host provider and also support is good but for me at least they were rude.

Sorry, rocket.net team to bother you a lot. I can recommend them if you are looking for good host for your wordpress hosted sites.

9.5/10 Better than Kinsta.
I saw a few recommendations on Facebook but due to the spammy dishonest nature of hosting I assumed this was another host trying to oversell.

I had issues with SG and their php workers breaking sites with too many admins working for the cost I left, I should not have to deal with this.

I moved to kinsta I still wasnt happy, but it seemed more consistent and that was acceptable. But the site is slow outside of origin server region (HK).

I wanted <2 second loads ideally.

What happened?
I took wp-speedmatters recommendations and tried it, expecting that I would be canceling.

They migrated my website, with some issues due to providing them kinsta login, not the source (siteground).
After this they had the new site up in minutes working perfectly.

Speed tested them (kinsta who was fully optimized) vs the siteground copy rocket took that was bloated and not optimized.

Results?
Site loads consistently, worldwide.
1-2seconds, TTFB is a crazy 20-40ms, FCT is even crazier at 400ms.

How about Kinsta? TTFB 750ms, FCT 1.4s, Its a joke.
Kinsta is all marketing and they cannot walk the talk outside orgin server regions.

This is horrible for kinsta as this was using their CDN and rocket cache plus fully optimized database that went from 69,000kb to 13,000kb and autoload and crons stripped down.

Rocket.net is the fastest web host ive ever used, having managed is great for minor and small issues that I personally cannot deal with at random times of the day.

Will be using them for all critical websites and ecommerce in the future.

Company has impressed on impression. Its shocking what a great company this is.

Their support is the perfect balance of going above and beyond and educating you as a user. They make all the premium hosts I used look like F class hosting, vs A class for rocket.net.

I will never use Kinsta, WP Engine, Pantheon, Flywheel again.

But what always shocks me is the speeds, its just insane. Their the best value and fastest host on wordpress and I honestly would not recommend anyone else as rocket.net will become the top host in wordpress when more people find this out.
