Delivery was faster than promised, and advice given by them was perfect

I bought a fish tank and i was very pleased with how fast the delivery was. It was here within days of ordering. The item was packed really well. The tank itself is a fantastic size and the filter i got works really well. The fish love the bigger environment and are happy. I will definately use this company again.

We are delighted with our recent order from Rocketaquatics, we purchased a condesation lid for our hexagonal fish tank. It was very well wrapped and arrived undamaged and with plenty of bubble wrap to play with :) Would use this supplier again!

I have to say even though I made the mistake with dimensions of my required tank, Rocketaquatics staff accepted my mistake and I returned the tank and had a no quible refund... FANTASTIC! I hope to find the right tank and hope I can order from them in the future.

I ordered Tetra Pond floating food for the 120 goldfish that live in our pond. I had an email advising me when the product would be delivered, and it arrived on time and undamaged. The only thing that always annoys me is that when I look for the product on the website, I can never find it in the quantity we want, and always have to type it into the Search box!

Order for pond food placed Sunday 18th March. Goods delivered 08:30 Tuesday 20th March. Excellent!

I was finding it very difficulkt to find a replacement tube for my tank and finaly found it on this site. i ordered on a Friday and it arrived Tuesday.

I have a fish tank which I have had for several years, I have had difficulty finding replacement bulbs for it. Rocketaquatics had the item in stock and it was delivered within a few days. Excellent service.

I ordered a replacement strip light for my aquarium last year but it 'died ' after just 5 months use. I got in touch with Rocketaquatics and was told that lights were not covered by their warranty . Had no alternative but to re-order another one. Arrived very quickly but as it cost me nearly £20 I hope this one lasts longer.

I purchased the Jewel 56L Fish Tank about two weeks ago. My son, who is 7 years old is extremely pleased with his new fish tank. His two feather tail fish, who are called spot and goldie, are very happy in their new home!

This fish tank is an extremely good starter tank for anyone, and it definitely comes fully recommended.
