Overpriced and Unresponsive
We’ve been a customer of respond.io for several months, but their prices have become increasingly unreasonable over time. When we made the decision to terminate their services, they double-billed our registered credit card. Since we ended our subscription, they have not responded to any of our concerns regarding this issue. Very disappointing experience.
