Bought a pair of sneakers, they were not comfortable, so I started a refund. I was overcharged for the refund so I didn't get the correct amount refunded to me. I have emailed several times with no response. Bad customer service for shoes that weren't great.
Wore my new boots twice and they have split across the front. Sent pics to customer service who suggested getting in touch with retailer. Not really helpful as I bought them when away on holiday. Poor quality boots for expensive price.
I first bought ROCKET DOG MELLOW slip-ons and fell in love with the fit of them. So I have now become obsessed with the JAZZIN' sneaker and have purchased 3 pairs in the last month. The mellow is "true to size" BUT I needed to go down a half size for the jazzin. The patterns available for the sneaker are awesome. Wish the same patterns were available in the mellow. But LOVE EVERY PAIR I HAVE BOUGHT!
