Bearing in mind the visit organised as a Christmas present for my Son-in-law and our daughter was at Strictly, I had better use a well known comment -

Rocket Hospitality provide an excellent service. It can be tricky using a company for the first time, more so when it’s for a special event. Matt and his team were brilliantly reassuring, our tickets were outstanding and I recommend Rocket Hospitality to anyone looking for a great experience.

Great company! Very friendly and efficient. We couldn’t find tickets anywhere at any price for Coldplay at Wembley ( we were 8,000+ in the queue on several attempts even with early entry bonuses) Matt at Rocket Hospitality was able to offer us great tickets/seats and the communication between us was swift & easy. Our first taste of a VIP experience and Matt made it perfect from start to finish. Great communication at the start to find the date and package we wanted for Coldplay, easy payment processes and plenty of information in the week leading up to the concert. We booked the Wimbledon women's semi-final this year to fulfil an overdue promise to our daughters. After a long internet exploration we decided to get in touch with Rockethospitality to book the tickets. As there are so many scams on the web it is always a bit scary to spend such an amount on an organisation you don't know, but the contact was immediate and the follow up by Matt was very friendly, extremely helpful and patient. We hesitated quite long before actually ordering the tickets, but Matt remained respectful, followed up, without pushing us into a decision. The day itself was everything Matt had promised and fulfilled all we had wished for: inspiring matches (not sure if even that was not Matt's doing :-) ), excellent seats and an organisation that ran like clock work.
So if you're the hesitating type or just don't want to take any risks, Matt and Rocket hospitality are your ticket to a wonderfull Wimbledon experience.
