The app is extremely robust and makes it so much easier to manage all the accounts for my family. The design is simple, beautiful, and powerful. I'm also impressed with the customer service. I had some concerns with the smart savings feature and left an in-app review. Their customer service team reached out to me and kindly helped me better understand some of the details. Overall a great experience so far!

Rocket Money is a scam. They tell you that you can cancel any subscription with one tap that is not trueI I tried to cancel a subscription with rocket money based on what they said and couldn’t cancel it. Don’t trust what they try to sell you

I just want to say that the girl wearing a baseball cap in the Rocket Money commercials is horrible! Her voice is awful and you can't understand what she is saying. I would never use Rocket Money because of that commercial. Thank you.

I’ve been using the app for a couple of months and it definitely improved my view on my own money and helped me budget it a lil better, it’s a really complete app for a small subscription price. Five stars to the excellent customer service Jose provided to me after having some account problems because of a typo (my bad!). He was really attentive and helped me sort the problem out really quickly and easily

Cheryl was extremely patient and helpful as we worked to correct an issue with my bank account connected to my rocket account. She tools me what documentation I needed and even helped me figure out how to get that document from my bank. My issue has been resolved and I am very happy!

Super duper friendly!!! Efficiently and quickly solved my issue stayed in communication with me the entire day despite the fact that I work and I'm not around my phone!!! Give this young lady a chunky raise!!

Pocket Money was recommended to me by a friend last year and ever since I started using it I've learned financial literacy and actually know where money is coming from and going to. They make it simple and user friendly, everything is categorized, you can budget, and they also have an internal savings program that makes a huge difference! I had challenges reconnecting my bank for some time, but one of the reps, Zoey took the time to help me and found a solution quickly! I'm thankful for her and I look forward to utilizing this amazing resource again!

I was on a chat with Willow for a long time sorting out how to use certain features. Willow was patient and very instructive. I would like this chat reviewed by her supervisor and a notation made in her employment file about the superior and kind interaction she provided.

Is it true? The average person in today's world has no clue to what they have subscribed to? Has our society been dummied down so much that they are oblivious to where their money is spent? How do people not know where every penny goes? How pathetic we've become. These type of people are ruining our country! How utterly STUPID! People are getting exactly what they asked for with this type of behavior! No wonder our country is in the toilet!

Advertising will have you think their service for lowering your bills is included in the subscription however after you sign up you find they want a percentage of what they take off your bill. This is highly deceptive and nowhere on the website homepage do they make this obvious.

The reply from Rocket Money doesn't address my concern about misleading advertising and instead justifies the fee they charge. They know their advertising is misleading and refuse to correct it or even acknowledge it.
