Delivery has failed twice
Delivery has failed twice, we are on 3rd time lucky. Customer services are very helpfull with re booking but its pretty much out of thier hands this delivery situation as they use an external carrier.

Almost there!
Not perfect but good value for money. Goods came promptly. The box was slightly too small for the contents so some rubber was a bit creased, meaning it was useless for my purpose although 95% was all right.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, one of the products was in poor condition being dirty and torn. All the remaining items were in perfect condition and served their purpose to perfection. I think more attention to quality control at the point where staff fill the carton would have prevented this occurring.
