Information provided by various external sources

Rock Garden Cycles is run and owned by James Butler, an avid mountain biker for the past 20 years. The shop started in 2014 in Tarporley, Cheshire, we took the opportunity in June 2017 to relocate the business to focus on our strengths and to offer a better overall experience for our customers. The relocation has enabled us to acquire a mobile service unit which will be able to increase the flexibility of our services. This now enables us to come to you and either collect your bike or get the bike up and running there and then. We have decided after careful consideration and research into how our business has grown over the years that we will be offering a more bespoke service to everyone who wants to shop with us. Our new location is such that an appointment will be necessary (or a phone call/text!) this way we believe when buy one of our fantastic bikes or specify that dream custom creation with all the necessary kit and accessories you and i can go out the door knowing you have everything you could need to get out on the road, trail or race track. We believe that every bike should be perfect for you not just before you leave the store, we are now able to offer the ability to tune your bike while out on the trail or road, we can accompany you to ensure it is all dialled in, we have all the necessary equipment to tune gears, suspension and tyres to ensure either the ride is enjoyable or at lightening speed, it's up to you which is the important one! This will be a service we can offer periodically too when your physicality adjusts to the bike and your riding style, no bike is one size fits all.

I dropped my E bike off at rock garden…

I dropped my E bike off at rock garden cycles after having a chat with James to have the chain lubed for the winter the work was carried out to a high standard and while the bike was in James set the computer up for me with information I didn't think it had. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend you give him a try
