I received a carbon fender (mudguard) with more than 100 air bubbles, but also scratches, holes etc.. It looks already 5 years old and worn. So I guess it is was already a returned product or something.
No problem, I understand that things can go wrong where people are involved. So I contacted Howard and explained him friendly the situation with the question for a solution to get a normal one to fit on my brand new bike (just like the first one I ordered).
That wasn't an option, he just acted very arrogant and I cannot return the product and he didn't gave my even any reason why.
Thumbs down for this whole experience with Rockguardz!
