Just upgraded our policy to Worldwide and spoken to the most lovely, helpful man who knew what he was on about . Got our policy changed for a great upgrade price as I’d spoken to a woman 2 days previous who wasn’t helpful at all and wouldn’t listen to me and the cost was phenomenal. So thank you to who I spoke to today would highly recommend them .

I am sorry to hear that you do not like the way that the policy is set out. The first page, which is your certificate, tells you woh is covered, what cover level you chose, your trip dates and destination. Great policy at a great price but the increase was too much…
My first policy was at a great price but then the price rose by almost double 🤔 sadly I had no choice but to shop around and found it at a considerably lower price its hard to rate on experience until you have to make a claim. I would like to add if the price had have been lower I would still be with you.
