Don't get me wrong, I do like it. It was basically as described. But waited 3 weeks for an $8 Walmart Polo with embroidery. Total cost was $37 for the shirt, shipping & sales tax. Should be a lot cheaper. DHL is the shipper then dropped to USPS so it is coming from overseas, probably China. Just to let you know!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife and the product was smaller then expected, I let them know and they printed and shipped me a new one with the size change at no cost to me and they didn't even ask to return the other one, this is a good company to deal with, I will order from them again.

This was my first experience ordering from this company. The hoodie I ordered was a Christmas gift, but was too small. I did not expect a refund, just wanted a larger size. I received a prompt reply and a new one was printed and shipped. They did not ask me to return the other one or pay for the new one. Thank you!

I am a nurse who’s worked the Covid crisis. Rockinte has come out with some really cute shirts that put a smile on my face in this tough time. Good quality, good sizing. Well made. Happy to support small businesses!

I’m very pleased with my purchase shipped sooner than what was expected and tee shirt and sweatshirt seem to be great quality and are true to size. I have been notified that other half of order is being worked the communication between company and consumer is amazing get emails with updates frequently. Great experience

I bought a shirt from your company and am extremely happy with the shirt that came. Tee shirts are basically tee shirts except the graphic design and print professionalism. This is one of the most beautifully designed shirts I have ever bought. My daughter (the nurse) will love it so much that I purchased a second for her daughter (the student nurse). I ordered a shirt on May 28th for $35 expecting it would be here by July 4th. It wasn't, which I was understanding of given the current pandemic.
However, when the shirt finally arrived, it was completely misaligned. I put in a claim and they agreed to reprint and send a replacement. 7 weeks later (3 months after my original order) the reprint arrived with the colors completely off. By completely off I mean a background that is supposed to be orange, red, and blue is all pink and purple.
Submitted a new claim for this shirt and it was declined.
With every attempt at speaking to customer service I get an automated response to submit a claim. They don't even read the email where I state I've already done so.
So here I am 3 months after ordering and spending $35 still with no usable shirt and probably no hope at getting a decent replacement or refund.

Do NOT order from this company! I placed an order with them and after waiting months for them to arrive, and numerous contacts to their customer service team, I ended up attempt to just cancel the order. Despite saying they would reply within 72 hours, they just ignored the cancel request and magically shipped the order 5 days later. Once the shirt arrived, not only were they the wrong sizes, but the sizes didn't match what they advertise. If you look on the site, they claim a medium is 20" wide by 29" long. What you get is something closer to 19" wide by 27" long.

I ordered a shirt for my husband on 5/29 for him to wear on the 4th of July. It did not arrive until 7/8, and it was printed crooked and the “premium fit” tshirt that I paid extra for is a tshirt that I could have bought at Michael’s for $3. I filed a claim hoping to send it back and get a refund, but they will only reprint a new one and send it even though I told them we don’t want this shirt anymore. I spent almost $40 on this piece of junk. Lesson learned.

The shirt I ordered was great, high quality printing as advertised. I was actually impressed with the quality of the printing, so it is unfortunate to say the experience of ordering through Rockin'Tee left a lot to be desired. The problem is the slow shipping and lack of customer service. I would have given 5 stars if not for the annoyance I went through for nearly two months.

I placed my order on May 27th and finally received it on July 16th. The coronavirus is slowing things down, and I understand that, but I've ordered from other companies where the delay has been maybe one or two weeks, nothing like this. My order confirmation said my order would ship within 5-15 business days of my payment processing, but it didn't... it was "processing/printing" for over a month, whereas the payment took one or two days to post to my credit card.

The customer service is just a bot that emails you after you submit a general inquiry (you can't actually write out a complaint or tell them specifics, you can only select a topic from a dropdown list). When my order was marked as "shipped", it also took over two weeks for the tracking number to work, showing that the shipper hadn't received it until long after the status changed to "shipped".

The bottom line is, the products seem to be high quality, but you'll wait a long time to get them so don't order anything that is time-sensitive. For a product promoted on social media for the 4th of July, the service here didn't make the cut since I received it nearly two weeks after the 4th, despite ordering well in advance.

Great quality. Thick, soft sweatshirt material. True to size fit--comfy enough to move easily but not oversized. Great for summer nights outside when it gets a bit chilly as well as the fall. Loose enough to layer a tee underneath, if needed.

I was impressed with quality, but I ordered 3 shirts and only received 2. Very disappointed because I have a daughter who is the only one who did not receive her gray medium. momadden

I bought my grandson's teachers T shirts as a thank you gift for all they did to continue educating from home during the pandemic. Quality was good. The colors were bright and the order came quickly! The teachers were surprised and pleased!

They have excellent customer service, the product was good quality and the delivery was as speedy as anyone could expect! The country is dealing with COVID-19 and deliveries have been slowed on everything but this was quick considering other deliveries I’m still waiting for! Thumbs up!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I'm sure some of their products are done well, but my personal experience was subpar at best. Not only did the t-shirt take over a month and a half to arrive (Ordered May 30th) ....missing the 4th of July by a week....the shirt is crooked. I realize that it's a drinkin' shirt, so maybe they had "Ben-Drankin" while they put it on. But seriously not worth the over $30 I paid for it.

Such a disappointment.
