Shame I wanted to try this gum

Shame I wanted to try this gum, but after waiting about 3 weeks gave up and asked for a refund, they offered me 15 % off the order but couldn't be bothered with the wait. They said it was a pre-order but that wasn't clear when I purchased and looks like a lot of other people have had same delivery issues
