It was great while it lasted. Had no issues with them. Tried ordering my usual on payday last month, but the site was nowhere to be found. They unfortunately seem to have gone bust.. Whether due to internal issues or current climate. Either way, they were decent whilst active. Feel sorry for anyone who ordered at the very end.. I seem to have struck lucky as I missed it by a couple of days. Time to shop around for other sites with decent offers..

Company seems to have shutdown with no notice, still accepted our order on 24/05. Just hope we can somehow get our money back

Company has shutdown without full filling orders and mine, £90 now chasing with bank, all areas to talk to owner have also closed, phone numbers are dead. Companies house lists Ashely Coulter as the director, also states accounts over due and a proposal to strike off has been made. Save his profile on companies house by going to the .gov website and click people, before buying new liquid again, make sure hes not the owner! Extremely rude customer service in the past to add, but was the best eliquid todate.

Pretty sure company has now closed down. Order took weeks to come, when it did finally come half of the liquid was missing and it was blue rather than clear, like it had been tampered with. When speaking to them on WhatsApp I got told to fu*k off, called me an idiot. Now their website and all social media’s have disappeared. Absolutely disgusting company

Don't order, it's fraud, I ordered on this site and I didn't receive the order, no one answers my mail and whatsapp. I want my money back but I can't find it

Ordered £90 of juice on 09/04/23 usually get order in 2-3 days as of 25/04 still nothing. Said been shipped I e emailed them wattsapp them phoned them on advertisied number dead number. No reply at all gone on twitter to ask and no twitter account has gone. Tried their website can’t get on it have a feeling they have gone bust lucky paid on credit card so gonna have to chase my money now 😡😡😡

When you placed any order, after placing an order they will ask you for more money i ordered 2 pod for luxe device and the original cost was 750 and once i placed my order they asked me to pay 900 for the same pod, and when i complain them they try to upell me, and now they are asking for more money, this is not the way of doing business, totally scam.

Got an email saying dispatched on a Monday 24hr tracked. Tuesday came and went no parcel used the contact page no reply. Messaged on fb messenger finally replied they will look into it supplied tacking, which said item dispatched to royal mail then nothing tracking still the same after 4 days. PayPal are looking into it now for a full refund. Avoid if are wanting a good service and good customer skills

I have been using Rockstar for my vape liquids for around 5 years. The quality is always great and my order always arrives quickly. I would definitely recommend Rockstar.

Placed an order, received order confirmation and dispatch confirmation but no order arrived. Money has been taken from my account. After numerous emails, sending messages on website and a message on twitter, I’m being totally blanked. I’m now looking into recovering my money as it’s as good as theft on this company’s behalf. Save yourself the trouble and find another company to buy vaping goods from. Makes you wonder why the option of using PayPal stopped.

I have been using Rockstar Vape now for around 3 years and it's the only juice I will buy. My favourite flavour is Berry Crunch Cereal, it's full of flavour and certainly doesn't burn your coils out. I have tried most of the flavours now by using the Mystery Super Deals, these are a great way to try new flavours.

Very gutted I am having to write this, as I have been a customer for the past 4 years.
I had placed my order on the 28th April, today the 3rd May, and no delivery.
Made contact with Rockstar via their contact us form, no reply to date. Usual get a tracking number for the 24hr postage that I have paid for. Phone number advertised on website in a dead line. Really unhappy, usually provide A1 service.

Juice is great but website and customer is dreadful. Dont reply to emails. They give out discounts that dont work then give you one to say sorry you missed out heres a discount code to say sorry. Well that dont work either then i email again and get another code to say sorry and that wont either so i reply to them and they dont ever get back to me. I have since found another company that has discount codes that work and they reply to messages too. Did me a great deal on a mod i was trying to get from rockstar but couldn't so there loss.

If your a paper who loves plenty of clouds and keep the flavour from the first draw to last, all the flavours I have tried over the years have been great with clean clouds on 0.2-0.4 ohm coils.
Customer service and value for money I can't find a better company to provide my juice.
