Had a dispute they lied asked to release the dispute so they could pay me back via stripe. Also said services were rendered which they were not. AVOID.

Unreliable, Poor Communication, Low Quality Work
Rockstar Webdesign was extremely disappointing. They don’t operate on U.S. business hours and repeatedly went dark for weeks with no communication or updates.
The website design quality was poor and not close to professional standards. Communication was forced through Monday.com instead of normal business tools like email or Slack, making collaboration frustrating and inefficient.
Overall, they showed little concern for the client experience and were not trustworthy. I would not recommend them.
They said they would refund us but never did! Then offered to extend the project timeline. But their work already sucked so why would we continue.
I checked out this company and reached out to ask about their pricing. I got a quick reply through their AI system with an estimated cost between USD 1000 and 3000. For me personally, that was more than i was planning to spend. Though I can see how it might make sense for larger businesses or more complex needs.
Most of the communication seems to be automated, which is fine and probably saves time but I would have aprciateda bit more human interaction at the start. Sometimes it's just easier to talk things through with a real person.
Overall, the company appears to focus on higher-end services and modern, tech-driven solutions. It could be a good option for those looking for premium offerings, even if it wasn't right fit for my situation.
I don't why this doesn't have more positive reviews. My experience with Rockstar has been smooth sailing. It's been a month since I joined hands with them, and I didn't regret even a single bit of it. I work with my crafts business; I got zero to no time on creating my own landing page because I still need to produce. Working with them makes me feel secured and the end results was satisfying. Maybe experiences aren't the same for eveyrone. I recommend Rockstar ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐
Disregards unsubscribe actions. Obviously their "unsubscribe" function is not proper configured on their end. We unsubscribed multiple times WITHOUT success, they still send their useless emails. GREAT advertising for a web design company!
I've been working here for 4 years already and I can see the dedication and efficiency of all the employees working here. you can visit our website for more legit reviews and actual clients just search rockstarwebdesignservices and you can see more of us!
I recently engaged with this company after being drawn in by their enticing Instagram advertisements. However, my experience quickly soured due to significant communication lapses and doubts about the sustainability of their service model.
Upon submitting my application and diligently completing their questionnaire, I eagerly provided additional information as requested. Despite my proactive efforts, I received no response for an extended period. After numerous follow-ups, including a final email expressing my concerns, their communication remained unresponsive.
This lack of engagement raises serious concerns from a business perspective. Effective communication is paramount in establishing trust and reliability, qualities essential in any professional interaction. Moreover, my observations suggest a reliance on outsourced web developers, potentially impacting the consistency and quality of their service offerings.
While I appreciate not receiving a response given my reservations, it underscores broader doubts regarding their operational framework. For individuals seeking robust web development services, alternatives such as Freelancer.com may offer more reliable and structured solutions, particularly for projects involving intricate coding requirements.
Regrettably, due to their deficient communication and questionable service structure, I can only award this company two stars.
I run a marketing agency. I opted for their 3k/mo white label design service. They had to extend access and with more than a full month of 9hrs a day 5 days a week, the only actual full site, which was a REDESIGN, still doesn't work, and was left largely incomplete.
Save your money and time. You’d be far better off hiring a freelancer
