I had a safari booked with Rocktrek, but unfortunately, my trip was disrupted at the very last minute due to the sudden closure of airspace and regional security developments.

He worked closely with the Sarova Hotels management to ensure that my deposit was not lost, successfully securing a 12-month credit for me to utilize for a future trip.
