Very professional set up who went out of their way to make sure that the finished job was exactly as I wanted - EXCELLENT

Rockwarm were incredibly helpful- they sorted everything from start to finish-scaffolding, gutters & fascias. The work was completed promptly with minimal disruption & my neighbours were notified by Rockwarm as a courtesy. I would highly recommend them!

Green algae growing up front of house, emailed and fobbed off with a guy number who could rectify meaning we have to be out of pocket. 25 years guarantee this does not exist.

tbh, i wouldn't even give them 1 star.. i would ignore their 25 year warranty for starters.. my mother in law had this done, and now there is green algae type staining and you can see all the little round fasteners that they used showing through the finish.. we have emailed them, and they have put it down to lots of traffic and lots of trees!!! even though it's a quite road and not many trees in the local vicinity.... aftercare is non existent

On a revisit (absolutely nothing that was their fault) the same two guys that did all my insulation and loft November 2024 returned and I can’t thank them enough Both very professional courteous and they just didn’t hang about

The lovely ladies who deal with the public too are equally great Nothing too much trouble

Excellent service from day one. The communications with the office were spot on. The crew was at work half an hour before they were due to start, and did not stop until they went home. They cleaned up every day after themselves.
I am very happy with the final result and would highly recommend this company and its product.

We could not fault the excellent service we received from Rockwarm.
The two men who did the bulk of the work never stopped, they worked really hard in all weathers and were very approachable, also the young man who replaced all the Down pipes, guttering etc.
The sales team kept us informed at every step and took great care that all our requests were followed, such as colour etc.
If I could give them more than five stars I would.

A couple of houses in my area used Rockwarm for their insulation and I spoke to them and they both confirmed that they were very happy with the quality of the work and I have to say they did look really nice. The workforce were excellent and were supervised at every stage of the work, and it looks amazing. My house is certainly warmer in the winter time. I would certainly recommend Rockwarm as they are a small family business who are second to none.

Everything about the whole experience was perfect. The men who actually did the work were polite and efficient and very expert, leaving the site immaculate every day when they had finished. The people at the Rockwell office were also very efficient and pleasant to deal with. The external insulation has definitely helped keep our house both cooler and warmer depending on the season. A really worthwhile investment. Would definitely recommend.

Really good work carried out quickly and effectively. Has made a difference to the heating bills and keeps the house cooler in the summer.

We had a wonderful experience with Rockwarm. They were very friendly & helpful right from our first phone call about their product. They came & explained every detail step by step & true to their word when dates were given to us for various jobs leading up to installation they arrived on time.
We had a wonderful man David who actually did the wall insulation .His work was a credit to him. Every day when he finished he would sweep up & leave every where tidy.
