No Response. Poor to non existent Service

Update; March 10th 2025
Product arrived thrown in the garden by courier. Wasn't noticed for 5 days if claimed delivery date.
The delivered product was a USA power plug and additional travel adaptor for Australian plug not an Australian plug as ordered. At least something arrived.

Placed an order and have heard nothing in the past 3 weeks.
No tracking, no answer, no honour from those who operate this company.
Called them on 3 different phone numbers for no answer and a message saying leave a message.
