Not paying their invoices

Not paying their invoices! They simply refused, no reason, just refused to pay, months went by and I threatened to terminate the contract because they breached it. The contract got terminated, they accepted the termination then begged me to continue providing service. They caught up with their financial agreement up until the following quarter, where again they decided not to pay.

Finally, they terminated but saying that they can terminate immediately, no notice and pay pro-bono what they feel they want to pay because I had send the letter threatening to terminate.

The MD was playing a legal game throughout, BE CAREFUL because he loves to use the term 'without prejudice' thinking its his legal get out of jail for being naughty and nasty.

They strenuously deny these claims which they soon will have to attempt to defend in court - they've already admitted to owing the money and that the contract wasn't terminated formally.

Sadly, the money they owed was to pay salaries and it put us into a position of not having the cash, so it put 6 people into redundancy and the business was forced to close.
Covid meant we were reliant on them because other potential clients weren't investing but trying to survive Covid.

We survived Covid but couldn't survive the indecent, illegal practices of Roc Technologies.

BE CAREFUL when dealing directly with ROC Technology.
