Scam-like Service, Defective Products & Zero Accountability. AVOID!
Save your money and sanity—do NOT buy from Rodin. I ordered a BMW steering wheel for my car - which was 330 euro and i paid an extra 330 for the vibration and heat feature. I placed the order on this date 27th of May, and it arrived on 30th of June.
Before I placed my order, the communication was great. The contact on WhatsApp (presumably the owner) was replying within minutes to answer questions and get my payment. The second they took my money, everything flipped.
Severe Shipping Delays & Radio Silence: The wheel arrived ridiculously late. When I reached out to ask what was happening with my shipping status, I was left on "Delivered" for days. When I tried calling them directly to get an update, they literally declined my calls.
Defective Hardware: I paid premium prices, including an extra €330 specifically for custom heating and vibration options. The vibration feature (€140 value) was completely dead on arrival. I had it installed by an authorized professional mechanic to verify—the fault is 100% with their hardware.
Broken Promises: After ghosting me on WhatsApp and through their website, they finally sent a brief text saying I’d get a "definite answer today." Once again, complete silence. No answer, no follow-up, nothing.
They are quick to take your money, but as soon as there’s a delay or a defective part, they dodge your calls and ignore your messages. They asked me for proof of the detective product and i delivered the proof. The wheels that have vibration feature also have a box on the back od the wheel, which is the vibration box and my wheel simply dont have it. I asked them for a refund of the vibration feature (140€) but since the 30th of June they keep saying they are looking what went wrong with the technician and when i finally spoke to them on a more serious tone last week. They said ro wait because we have other clients too, LOL. Im just asking for MY money back, or send me a prepaid DHL of the exact wheel i ordered and i give the old one back.
Paying double what local sellers charge for this level of disrespect and broken hardware is unacceptable.
Do not trust their pre-sale enthusiasm—once they have your cash, you do not exist to them. Avoid at all costs! SCAM
