Useless Mitigating circumstance team

The mitigating circumstance team does not review the applications properly. They either reject the application or keep asking for evidence despite providing more than enough evidence. They do not care if you have an emergency.

The lack of communication from this…

The lack of communication from this university is appalling. Plenty of generic emails but never can answer specific questions. It's like there are no staff there! When trying to get hold of anyone re postgrad degrees or booking short courses time after time I've had no responses or had to chase, chase, chase. They don't seem to have any sense that a postgraduate degree is a huge investment and people need to be able to get responses.

Stay away from this place

If there is minus rating I would give minus millions stars this University is just collecting money they will keep forcing you to pay the deposit to not miss your place from and then they will mislead students , give false information and after wasting all your time and money and you ask for refund they won't reply at all even if you call them the operator will just say I am sorry!! And wait for a reply from finance on your email and there is no time frame.

International students look somewhere else, this University is not it.

I am an international student, they not only accepted my placement, and after months of prepping my visa and declining other university's offers they canceled my program without warning me that it was a possibility when I was applying. They now have canceled the other program I currently am in so my work feels pointless. The pricing for on campus housing is not equivalent to the quality of housing, molded bathrooms, poor plumbing issues, and more. They take forever to reply to emails even when the issue is very severe, such as my room literally flooded when I submitted a service ticket 2 weeks earlier only for the issue to get to the point my sink backed up and flooded my room, if I didn't harrass them constantly the issue would not have been fixed. Did not pay me back for the damages caused. This university only will take your money and then leave you with no support and assistance.

standards have plummeted

I did my BSc and years later a did my Master. back then like 2010-2017 the university seemed decent but now its standard have plummeted, especially in the business school. one class size was 7 people when I was there, its now 1000. They are doing it for the money to line their pockets, and I am now embarrassed to have it on my CV. for such a great culture and great facilities to what it is today makes me really upset.

Beautiful

The university has made some rapid gains over the last decade or so, I would advise most people to definitely give Roehampton a try.
