Loss of Media networks

Just found out today Rogers has cancelled and shut down multiple radio and broadcasting networks because of financial issues. Your saying a company that basically dominates communication networks can't keep some radio shows open. Boo.

Also switched from them after being a loyal customer for 20 years with my cell phone simply because they couldn't lower my bill. The moment I cancelled suddenly they had a cheaper plan available hmm ok ya no!

Most difficult place to communicate

Most difficult place to communicate. Spent an hour on hold to be told to call someone else as they can’t help me. Called the other number and was told I have to speak with 1 st number as it is their part to deal with . 2h on the phone and zero was accomplished. Impossible to communicate with.
It is just too bad nothing will be done as Rogers don’t care. Unfortunately leaving is not an option as there is no competition and they know it.

Worst customer experience ever

Worst customer experience ever. First, they pushed me to get the new Nokia Modem. It doesn't work, and I don't have support available. I have been on the phone for at least 10 hours for three days, and I keep getting the message "Please call later." after going through their IVR and all useless authentication questions. idiots using AI and getting rid of 100s of people, and now the entire Rogers support has been failing for weeks now.

Worst Call Answer Time Ever! Unacceptable!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Nobody should have to wait on the phone for over an hour to even speak to someone from Rogers customer service. I just signed on to a bundle cell/home internet/come wave TV. I am trying to inquire about when I can have internet installed (it's been over 3 weeks since I signed up). I had a technician come to my home to install internet and was told that the line coming into the home was not working and that they would have to fix it from outside). I have been on hold for over 1 hour and 39+ mins now just to even peak with someone.

Our company has been a loyal customer…

Our company has been a loyal customer of Rogers since 1980 (that's 45 years) but after years of being mistreated by incompetent outsourced agents I've decided to move over to Telus. Not many options because I'll probably receive similar service there but I've had it with Rogers. Terrible, terrible company!

Made a deal on June 24th

Made a deal on June 24th, was told he would receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs. These are the agents words from the transcript. Congratulations! Your plan has been updated, and you will receive the email confirmation within the next 24 hours. On July 6th he still never had the email so went on chat with an agent. He told him it was never approved and wasn't available at his address. Duh, he was after telling him it was updated so whichever way you look at it he was lied to. Then had the nerve to tell him the best it he could do was give him a package that was $58 more a month with less speed than was offered before. It's going to be audios Rogers !!!

Cancelled Order and Zero Communication

This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had. The company cancelled my order without any reason and didn’t even bother to contact me. I had to make two trips for nothing, wasting my time and money. This behaviour is disrespectful to customers, and I expect compensation and a serious improvement in how orders are handled.

The absolute worst customer service…

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Have been trying to call Roger’s to set up a move for my internet, and have spent 1-2 hours everyday on hold for the past week and a half. Half of the time they let you sit on hold for hours and then just hang up saying “We are experiencing higher than usual call volume, we are unable to take your call please call back later”. Even went in to the Rogers store in person and was told that they can’t assist with move related requests. How am I as a customer supposed to speak with anyone that can help? Can they not hire more customer service specialists or use a call back option like every other company? Absolutely disgraceful that a company this big will waste so much of their customers time. Can’t even cancel my internet and go with somebody else because they lock you into 2 year terms upon renewal. Rogers should be ashamed of themselves. Even a 1 star rating is disingenuous.

The customer service is an absolute…

The customer service is an absolute joke!!! One star is being generous.
I called to inquire about getting Rogers Wireless. Some lady who was at home with her kids yelling in the background answered. I was living in a coach house at the time and was wondering if I could get Rogers Wireless set up (because Bell couldn't do it)
The lady said it could be done. I then had to think about it so I said I'd call her back. I didn't end up calling her back but she went ahead and placed the order anyway and shipped me the necessary equipment. I immediately shipped it right back. I also called Rogers and spoke to someone at length about the whole situation informing her I DID NOT confirm that I wanted to place an order for their service and to please cancel the account that was wrongly opened by their operator. She assured me that everything would be resolved and that I wouldn't owe any money. Today, (about 15 months after this was supposedly resolved) I received a notice from my credit report company saying my credit score has decreased significantly because of an unpaid bill to Rogers Wireless that has gone to collections.
I didn't receive any mail notice.
This company is an absolute disgrace! DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS with Rogers Wireless!!
My credit score is ruined all because one of their idiot operators opened up an account that I did not authorize.

This company has gone from BAD to…

This company has gone from BAD to WORSE.

The customers service and support and service overall has gotten extremely bad in the past year and

After 20 years of being committed as a customer..you get jack S**t in the end when it comes to loyalty.

After being sent an email with an offer to both wireless line
.and several times to get it done..was unbelievable and still they have the balls to tell me I AM NOT ABLE to get it. After they were the one who sent it directly to me.

I am finally going to be DONE with ROGER'S SERVICES..

People..please please be careful with dealing with ROGER'S..BASICALLY THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS AND DONT COMMITTED TO WHAT THEY SAY..

I WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ONTARIO OMBUDSMAN TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE..

THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ ABOUT MY SITUATION.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Rogers. I spent over 3.5 hours on the phone and was transferred from one department to another multiple times. Every representative kept sending me somewhere else, but no one took ownership of my issue or provided a solution.

I also feel I was misled about the service, which made the experience even more frustrating. As a customer, I expected clear information, accountability, and efficient support, but instead I wasted hours without any resolution.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Rogers needs to improve communication between departments and ensure representatives take responsibility for resolving customer issues instead of repeatedly transferring calls. I hope they take customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Rogers company is going down the drain, recently after firing all their staff no ones picking up calls taking an hour to get to someone then the person who picked up is located in India and cannot hear properly sounded like a child really frustrated and thats after cancelling my services with them they mixed my account with my brothers. Thank god i moved to Bell on time.

Wireless Internet speed is crawling…

Wireless Internet speed is crawling slow and technical support hangs up on my calls. Rogers is a poster child of Canadian telecom oligopoly: squeezing money out of customers for near zero service. What a shame!

Our internet and cable went out 25 hours ago

Our internet and cable went out 25 hours ago. About six hours ago I was able to convince Rogers it really, honestly, was out, despite what their instruments told them from their desks... In fact, they informed us that the entire block was out, which we already knew. A little while ago, I got an email from them that said it's taking them longer than expected to correct the outage, which I'm sure is their way of saying "going home!" Lousy attitudes by most of the many people my wife was passed between for three hours, too. They're getting too big to care, mark my words.
