Perfect product, perfect delivery.

Order delivered partially, quality as expected, but monthly delay on some items with no signs of improvement. Also no one has bothered to say anything on the delay, seems to be a usual way of business.

Hooks that really stick on many surfaces

Tried everything but doesnt work. Even if I manage to install it, it falls down after few seconds. Big dissapointment.

I bought the white. But thay aren’t white. They are grey, or dirty white.
The quality of the plastic are poor.
Dissappointed.

Quality is absolutely deplorable. Do not order. Ordered two items, only received one. The pending item seems stuck in China for eternity. No fulfilment from EU so dropshipping. Products do not conform with EU laws.

The order hasnt shipped yet after 20 days because of adress problem which doesnt exist as it is our company details with dz of orders arriving from all EU

After a month I didn't receive my order. I spent euro 79.98.
Just the free scrub.
How long should I wait?

Misleading/incomplete information in the site that product is manufactured in the EU and shipped out of the EU. Only after the order was placed and a week passed, the tracking information provided revealed not only that the products are shipped from China but they are actually on backorder with no estimated time of availability or delivery offered.
I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund to be issued but I haven't heard back. I'm going to file a report to European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net|) as well as the National Consumer Protection Authority.

[Update 17/11] I haven't received my package yet. It appears to have arrived to Greece late last week so hopefully I will get it by tomorrow.
Heads up, Roha Home offered me a refund and to keep what I ordered if I was to modify or delete my review. I chose not to take the refund and keep the review.
I asked to receive the details of their alleged patent but they refused although according to the EU regulation, a patent is granted by patent offices in exchange for a full disclosure of the invention.

The company is making a very good product.
It is doing ,what they promise.
Also it is a nice product to see in our house.

Hello people if you are looking for some new experience in your bedroom, you need to try some of their stuff first I was skeptical to if it’s going to stick on the wall, but I’ve used it for a couple of months and still stay stuck on my wall. You don’t have to drill any holes so I’m happy with that. I just got my new bathroom. So just give it a try even if you are still skeptical
