The AM

The AM - Liubov has been very helpful in terms of optimizations and what's needed to boost sales and impressions :)
As for the traffic, it's fine, but needs constant refreshing of WL and traffic sources to keep campaigns going.
Overall a pleasant experience doing business with ROIads

ROIads – Misleading “Managed Campaigns”, Zero Conversions, and No Accountability After $350 Spent

🔍 My Full Experience (Facts Only)

I decided to work with ROIads after being promised managed campaigns and personal optimisation by their team — specifically by Daniil (Head of Accounts at the time).
He personally confirmed in writing that my campaigns would be fully managed and optimised, with premium service even on the $250 starting budget.

Here’s exactly what happened step-by-step:

🧾 Step 1 – Initial Deposit ($250)

I deposited $250 to start with “managed campaigns” for a GGBet gambling offer (Chile & Philippines).

I was promised proactive optimisation, segmentation by OS/browser/device, and direct account management.

In reality, the campaigns were launched on Friday evening, left unattended over the weekend, and burned the budget with 0 conversions.

No segmentation or optimisation was ever applied — no source control, no creative testing, nothing.

When I complained, I was told “we need to gather data” and that it was normal to lose money at first because they “don’t manage campaigns during weekends”.
This information was never mentioned before the deposit.

⚙️ Step 2 – False “Premium Management” Promise

After I raised the issue, I was contacted by Mary Allen, who apologised and admitted the first campaign was not handled properly.
She promised to personally take over my account as “Head of Accounts” and run a new managed campaign with daily supervision and reports.

I accepted this and topped up another $100 (a smaller custom top-up that she enabled manually).

Immediately after the top-up, my account got deactivated with the message “due to false information provided.”
Only after I sent screenshots as proof did she reactivate it, calling it a “system error”.

🎯 Step 3 – The “Second Chance” Campaign

Mary launched new campaigns:

First again for GGBet (Chile) on Push traffic

Later for PIN-UP (Chile) after the first one failed.

Despite all her promised management, optimisations, bid changes, whitelist adjustments and daily updates, the results were identical:

0 conversions

Almost no valuable traffic data

Money spent on random “whitelists” that didn’t deliver anything

Even she admitted that she “does not know why the performance is so poor”, while claiming that “Chile is one of their top GEOs.”

💸 Step 4 – $350 Spent, 0 Results, No Test Balance

After two managed launches, three “strategies”, and continuous “optimisation”, the total spend reached $350 with zero conversions.

When I asked for:

either a partial refund, or

at least a test balance from ROIads to verify that their traffic can actually convert,

I received the following response:

“Unfortunately, we do not provide advertisers with test budgets. This is the policy of our platform and I cannot go against the company’s policy.”

So even though they admit their traffic did not perform, they take no accountability and expect the advertiser to keep funding endless “tests”.

⚠️ What This Means for Advertisers

“Managed campaigns” is a misleading promise.

In practice, it means they launch your campaign and leave it running.

No proactive optimisation, no segmentation, no professional oversight.

Traffic quality is poor.

After $350 in two GEOs (Chile + Philippines) across two different gambling offers (GGBet & PIN-UP), the result was 0 conversions.

The so-called “premium sources” produced no measurable results.

No accountability or compensation.

When campaigns fail completely, they fall back on “policy” excuses.

Even after multiple proven management failures, they refuse refunds or test credits.

Communication looks good — but results are zero.

They will be polite, apologetic, and responsive — but that does not change the outcome: no ROI.

📉 Final Verdict

After working with many affiliate and traffic platforms, this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences.
ROIads looks professional on the surface, but behind the nice communication, there is no real performance, no transparency, and no willingness to stand behind their product.

If you value your budget and time — look elsewhere.
ROIads’ “managed campaigns” promise is simply not worth the risk.

Total spent: $350
Total conversions: 0
Refund/test credit: 0
Transparency & accountability: 0/10
Would I recommend: ❌ Absolutely not.

✅ All facts above are fully documented with screenshots, chat logs, campaign stats, and payment records.

Hi Kruno,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your frustration and are sorry the campaign didn’t meet your expectations.

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that:
– The campaign was initially launched on Friday and actively reviewed by your manager on Monday.
– Conversions were tracked partially due to postback integration issues, which our team helped to fix later.
– Registrations were recorded, but unfortunately, they didn’t convert into deposits, which often happens in early testing stages.
– When the budget was fully spent, our manager reached out to discuss the next optimisation steps.

Please note that ROIads provides real traffic from verified publishers, and every click or impression represents a paid visit. For this reason, refunds or test balances cannot be issued once traffic has been delivered — this is a standard policy across all ad networks.
We value your feedback and are continuously improving our communication and campaign setup process to ensure smoother experiences for new advertisers.

Scam and fraud traffic are garbage traffic—worse than bot traffic, which will destroy your behavioral metrics.

The manager of this company, RoiAds, Daniil (@daniilroi), kept insisting that we try their platform for attracting targeted traffic. Unfortunately, he convinced us—we gave it a shot.

It started with us depositing $500 via card, as advised by this "competent manager." Right after the payment, a window popped up stating that the company director needed to complete verification: submit a bunch of documents, take a selfie, etc. While waiting for the refund (for some reason, it takes three days and we got a refund not of the full amount, but of 40$ less), we sent them another $500 in crypto.

Then, their account manager, Lyubov (@liubov_roiads), stepped in—completely useless. She was even confused about push ad settings. She suggested enabling WebView.

I asked, "Why do we need WebView? We have a fully functional service where users can access various features. I'm afraid in-app browsers might glitch."

Her response:
"If you have such functionality, then enable it."

But enabling WebView forces users to open the site in a stripped-down browser instead of a full one. A very "competent" specialist indeed.

We launched the campaign over the weekend, and it burned through $260. The result:

Our tracker showed 1,300 clicks from their system and a total of 1,500 visits (including all links and direct entries) in three days.

Their stats, however, showed 3,000 clicks, for which they charged $260.

Either they are blatantly scamming, or their traffic is so "high quality" that over half of the users closed the page before it even loaded—hence the 2-3x discrepancy between their stats and real metrics.

The bounce rate from their traffic exceeded 60%, severely harming behavioral factors and negatively impacting SEO.

As for conversions: the most basic action—clicking the "Show Phone Number" button—happened only 7 times, meaning a conversion rate of 0.23%. Of course, not a single order.

When I demanded a refund of the remaining $240, they bluntly told me that the company is based in Cyprus and they wouldn’t be returning anything.

That’s our experience with RoiAds.

Hello!
Thank you for your feedback — we truly value honest reviews as they help us improve our service. That said, we’d like to clarify each point you mentioned:

Refund:
You did receive a full refund for the card deposit. This happened immediately after you declined to complete the mandatory verification process, which is a standard requirement on most advertising platforms — including ROIads. This procedure is in place to protect both parties and to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
As for the crypto deposit you made later — it is non-refundable, as clearly stated in our Terms of Service.

Traffic and tracking statistics:
You tracked your campaign via Yandex.Metrica, which unfortunately tends to underreport results compared to our internal system. This is because Yandex only counts clicks where the page fully loads and the user stays on it for a certain period. In contrast, our system tracks every touchpoint, including cases where the page is closed immediately. This is not a bug, but rather a difference in tracking logic.
It’s also worth noting that there were conversions, though in lower volume. However, your campaign didn’t use a proper tracker with a postback setup, which made it impossible for us to optimize the traffic and reduce the lead cost. Without such tools, it’s very difficult to achieve an effective campaign.

Weekend launch:
You chose to launch your campaign on a Friday, despite being informed that managers are unavailable on weekends. This affected the response time and ability to make timely adjustments. We always recommend launching during weekdays so that both you and your manager can monitor performance in real time and optimize the campaign promptly.

Manager support:
We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the consultation. Our managers always strive to provide recommendations based on the information they receive. The clarification regarding WebView referred exclusively to the structure of your own website — whether or not to enable it is ultimately the client’s decision.

We sincerely regret that your experience was not as positive as expected. We’re always ready to assist with campaign setup, analysis, and performance improvements — especially when accurate analytics and full tracking are in place.
If you decide to give our traffic a second chance, we’ll be happy to provide you with the highest level of support.

Sincerely,
The ROIads Team
