Why do you despise your customers?

I had almost £100 of loyalty points to be used. There was a gift for purchases of £285 or more so I decided to use the points. The gift showed in the basket even after I added my points. However, when the order was sent there was no gift included as using the points theoretically dropped the order value below £285 (yet the gist showed all the way through the ordering process). It would be easier and kinder just to tell your loyal customers to **** off.

Title: A Nightmare Experience – The Most Unprofessional Luxury Brand I’ve Ever Dealt With

I honestly don’t even know where to begin - this was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

I placed an order with Roja Parfums London, trusting their so-called “luxury reputation.” The order was supposed to arrive within a few days. Instead, I spent weeks waiting in complete silence - no emails, no updates, not even a single response from their “customer service.”

When I finally received a message, it wasn’t an apology or explanation - it was a shocking demand: they insisted I provide a copy of my U.S. passport just to release my $300 perfume order.
Are you serious?
As a U.S. citizen, I found this beyond unacceptable - a complete invasion of privacy and a massive red flag for how this company operates.

I would never expose my personal identification to strangers for any purchase, let alone to a brand that claims to be “exclusive.”

I cancelled the order immediately, after wasting so much time and patience. No apology. No responsibility. No professionalism.

This entire experience was a nightmare - frustrating, disrespectful, and completely mishandled at every level.
Roja Parfums’ idea of “luxury” is nothing but empty marketing hiding a broken system and a team that clearly doesn’t care about its clients.

💬 Avoid this company at all costs.
There are countless other perfume houses that value customers and actually deliver what they promise.

Roja has lost not just a customer, but many future ones, because I will make sure everyone knows about this horrendous level of service and incompetence.

If you want stress, disappointment, and regret - order from Roja.
If you want quality, respect, and professionalism - go anywhere else.

The brand a few years ago was great…

The brand a few years ago was great however over the past 2 years or so they have fallen off a cliff! No more 7.5mls you don't even get a free travel spray like you used to when purchasing a full bottle. The brand have reformulated lots of best sellers & thr new bottles are terrible quality!

Customer service doesn’t exist!
E-mailed also contacted on their website and no reply. I used to love Roja perfumes and was returning customers The quality changed and it’s worse then buying some high street cheap parfume. Definitely won’t bother with them again. Disappointed

So so helpful!

I had a rather difficult start with Roja, whereby my new bottle had a non working sprayer when it arrived, I contacted them and they were were so so nice and so quick to respond, and they sorted the problem out so fast and without needing much from me, I will most definitely be coming back to Roja to shop and for help in the future.

Poor quality control and customer service

On the 24th of May I ordered a bottle of Oceania. When I received it I noticed it didn't perform as well as the sample I'd previously had. I checked the batch number (16457) and on check-fresh saw it was an old bottle (well over a year old) and as I was inspecting it I noticed there was a hair inside the bottle. Not great. 

I took photos and emailed customer service expecting it to be resolved quickly but didn't hear back. I sent follow up emails, messaged on live chat - nothing. A week later I received a message from DPD saying to expect a parcel - wasn't sure what it was but it never arrived anyway. I finally spoke to someone on live chat who said they had sent a replacement but sent it to the wrong address. They said they would send it out again with a gift to apologise for my experience. Very much appreciated this. Replacement bottle arrived today without anything extra. That's fine, all I wanted was recognition that my experience wasn't up to scratch for a premium brand and a replacement bottle - but to promise to make it up to me and then not seemed disingenuous. It's left me doubting if I will purchase anything else from Roja in the future. 

Let me caveat this by saying I have 9 Roja fragrances in my extensive collection and that I am generally a big fan of the house, but the customer service is, sadly, awful and the quality of some of the fragrances seems to be getting worse.

I bought Elysium cologne from Roja…

i bought Elysium perfum cologne from Roja parfums official website .I immediately contact the customer service team about the product. performance after i received and tested . no response, zero customer service , you can't replace and refund if the product is defect,pls. Give a favor to yourself and buy from discounters, ROJA sales old stocks to the online purchases
