Just had my 6th annual gas boiler and hot water cylinder service from Rokas today. Another excellent job. This year Rokas also performed a deep clean and inspection of the boilers internal furnace parts.

Rokas is a highly knowledgeable gas engineer and gives great advice and recommendations.

We've worked with Rokas a few times, to undertake boiler services and to install a nest thermostat. Each time he has been friendly, helpful, insightful and an all-around great guy. Would thoroughly recommend Rokas

Rokas is a professional. Kept me up to date at every step, made sure to get a good idea of what work will be needed before arriving and to minimise friction.
Then made sure to properly understand every problem I had presented, as well as what I needed (in my case it was a broken thermostat being replaced with a new one of a different brand, on a very complicated heating unit; as well as problems with the pressure) before going forward with the fixes.

Rokas made sure I was involved in the process and that everything he was doing was transparent and even educational, should I want to learn.
The end result included solutions for all my problems, some advice and a great conversation on top.

Can happily recommend Rokas. Will request his services in the future when the need arises.

Rokas was extremely prompt, he was very quick to diagnose and solve the problem with our boiler. He explained everything clearly and went out of his way to procure the part we needed at the best price.

We moved into a flat that had a Nest thermostat which we had no experience of - finally, after trying to understand it via YouTube videos, we found Rokas, who talked me through the whole set-up process, found the right position for our thermostat and was generally extremely helpful. Rokas services the boiler at my house but has also installed my Google nest thermostat. He’s really helped with recommendations for more cost-effective use of my central heating, and also ad-hoc technical advice on the boiler and thermostat. This goes beyond what I paid him for and has been greatly appreciated. Would certainly recommend 👍

Rokas came to the rescue to fix our 'no hot water' problem...

He conducted a few tests to find out what the problem was.

He checked the Nest system and water tank and replaced the motorised hot water valve.

His knowledge of heating system is second to none and I would use him again in a heartbeat!!!

Rokas installed our NEST a few years ago and I reached out to him again as we had a problem with our hot tank and attic thermostat which had developed a problem. He is a real pro, the communication was great, he arrived on time, sorted the problem and we had a good chat where he explained the problem. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat for any boiler, NEST or heating service needs.

Rokas was contactable over the weekend, advised the purchase I should make (Amazon), he arrived within hours of its delivery on Monday, installed, programmed, checked it over and gave me thorough instructions and advice on economies.
