Terrible customer service and extremely slow processing. I requested an order cancellation shortly after purchase, well before the item shipped. They completely ignored my messages, held the order for 5 days, waited for the system window to expire, and ONLY THEN printed the shipping label. They do this to force you to pay for return shipping. Avoid this business if you expect basic communication and fast shipping.
Would not stand behind their product they 3D print in house despite it having an obvious design flaw. Will not be spending another dollar with their company and I hope they get what they deserve after treating loyal customers this way.
