Quick supply. Switch was as described, just what I wanted. The QR code to get the wiring instructions did not work as intended. It took me to your site but entering the item part number did not give me the information. It took me a little time to navigate your home site to get the info. This could be easily fixed and would enhance customer experience.

I ordered and paid for my order on 22 July. It is now 31 July and no sign of my purchase, in fact trying to track it, it looks like it has not even arrived in Qld. I ordered these gaskets in order to complete an engine build and did so locally because I needed them in a hurry. I should have ordered them from my supplier in the U.S. because they would probably be here by now.

I am amazed that there is still a company in Australia with such amazing personal service! I had been trying to source brake pads and even the manufacturer did not have any available. They recommended a number of dealers who all had the items on back-order. I called Rolan because a search on the web site showed a single set and I did not want to order & then get an email telling me they had no stock. I called Rolan and the staff member went out of her way to do a sighted stock-check to confirm that there was indeed a set on the shelf (probably the only set in Australia) I ordered the rotors & pads which arrived within just a few days by courier. Even the price was unbelievable. Highly recommended.
