Everything look legitimate when ordering but I knew there was no way of getting money back if it went wrong. Took approximately three weeks, and I did receive the watch first glance at the watch it looked great. I ordered an extra rubber strap. The total cost was over $1000 put the rubber strap on. I’ll be lucky if it would fit a six year old . The watch will run for five minutes and stop to pull the crown out to adjust the time broke my nail. No engraving logo on the glass made contact through WhatsApp was told that they would rectify the problems after numerous WhatsApp messages realized unfortunately that I got ripped off maybe if you order a watch and you’re lucky enough to get one that works OK but it’s $1000 chance be aware

Rohit was easy to work with, I sent my payment through the Wise App ( which they don’t take AMEX by the way). I got the watch about a week and a half later after I purchased it. I am very happy with my Daytona. The weight and look is very good I honestly can’t tell the difference even after looking at pictures online. I did get a little nervous after I paid but a day or two later Rohit provided the tracking number and then the waiting began. It came very well protected with no damages. I’ll be buying again soon 🙏🏼

STAY FAR AWAY!! I wanted a super clone, but with a different marker, so all legal. This OWNER, (AKA Name) not the sports hero.. seemed OK at first and really pushed the product. First I tried my international PayPal account, but they wouldn't touch it, then I tried my international WU account I use monthly, but they rejected it. Went to WU locally, they were down. Went to US Bank where I have an international account. We copied, then double-checked all of the information to make sure the banking coordinates and account were correct. After two weeks, the bank said the information was incorrect and that they would hold the money till we provided updated information. After about 6 weeks now, OWNER, AKA??? would not send the info again, and I've tried to contact him every day for two weeks without ANY response. Im thinking they have something going on with the bank. My bank wants to launch an investigation to check on any possible fraud. Two weeks trying to get Bank In INDIA to refund. Now they want about $60.00 USD to return.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I purchased a watch, tried using a credit card which wouldn't go through so I could secure protection. I ended up using Wise payment system (its like handing them cash) they ended up not having the watch I purchased tried to get me to switch to a different one, 3 months later no watch and they won't respond I literally lost 960.00 and I am unable to get it back. Total scam do not do it, no recourse at all. Very sketchy outfit.

Customer service is great, I contacted them via email, I received very prompt responses and they were informative. Shipping did take some time but the way they shipped it, I did not have to pay any custom duties which is a super plus on my end. The item arrived, I am wearing it, it is PERFECT, right down to the details, I am so pleased with this - They are REAL.

I was scared to see some mixed reviews on trustpilot at first, But today I received my watch and it is more beautiful than what it looked in photos. Watch mechanism broken. From the start run 2-4 minutes slow per day. Holds power reserve when fully wound 6-8 hours. Several times stopped on my wrist.
Contacted seller who sent me instructional video how to wind automatic watch despite telling him that I have multiple automatic watches and that this movement is faulty. Once I asked for a warranty service, seller stopped contact.
Stay away from this seller.

My first watch purchase from here was amazing. Got a Datejust that a jeweler thought was real. The communication and shipping was real. The second watch purchase was concerning. After paying almost $900 for a Daytona, I received a unit that has a broken movement and dial. I can’t get anyone to return my messages. I got BURNED on this one. I went from a happy client to scammed. Too bad. I wanted to buy a few more.

The watch took 8 weeks to arrive but it finally did in the middle of March. The watch is beautiful but the customer service and communication needs to be improved.

Absolute scam. The Daytona I received was not a superclone but a cheap Chinese Knock off. Did not reply to my emails a after I received the watch. Don't be scammed by these people.
