The service from ordering to delivering was absolutely fantastic. Phoned the day before delivery to make sure everything was OK. The quality of the turf is fantastic. Would definitely recommend to people.

Brilliant service from start to finish. They rung me the day after I placed my order to confirm delivery day & amount. Order arrived on the scheduled day around 1pm using the standard service option, was a local Wiltshire company who were very good. This photo is 2 months on, grass is luscious despite me never having laid a lawn before and had to learn how to from Google! Grows well & is resilient to dogs & people walking on it. Lovely grass. Definitely recommend this company, so many others have a balance of positive and negative reviews but I chose Rollaturf due to such good reviews and I have not been disappointed. Amazing service from start to finish. Very easy to order online, a staff member then called to confirm order and super fast delivery date. The delivery guys were lovely too. The grass is now down and looks amazing, the quality is also fantastic. Will definitely recommend your company and will purchase from yous again.

Found Rollaturf here on Trustpilot. Unlike many other providers who needed at least a few days, Rollaturf can deliver almost next day.
After placing my order, I received a courtesy call to verify the address was correct. That gave me a chance to ask a few "technical questions". The grass was delivered by 11AM by Palletways on two pallets with 35 rolls on each.
The sizes are 40cm wide unlike many others which are 60cm wide. Rollaturf are therefore longer and more flexible. Being 40 wide, they can bend slightly if you need to.
Of 70 rolls there was one roll with a few unexpected non-grass leaves. We used that for of cuts

Over the weekend we bought 3 top up rolls in a garden centre and comparing Rollaturf with the other brand, I find Rollaturf looks better. That may be an unfair comparison as the top up rolls had been rolled up for 1.5-2 days before I bought them.

I will definately return as there may be other areas that need grass in the future.

Lovely company to deal with, very helpful and friendly. The turf was excellent quality and doing well so far (one week since laying). I would highly recommend. My only issue is with the external courier company used( I am outside their own delivery area). I received a text at 7 am saying they were arriving within the next two hours and continued to get texts saying they would be another two hours all day until they arrived at 4pm. This meant hanging around all day assuming they were about to arrive, which was frustrating.

Rollaturf very competitive, the delivery driver was excellent, he put the turf in a safe place on the drive and lifted the top soil onto the garden. when we rolled out the turf it was excellent quality. We now have a new lush front Lawn.

Ordered some turf to complete garden and staff were lovely both on the telephone and when the delivery came. Very friendly. Kept me updated of delivery and delivery came quickly and turf seems good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. From order to delivery took only 2 days. A customer service call to confirm order and arrange delivery date, text to say what time driver should arrive the following day (2hr window). Driver very polite and accommodating to place top soil to my preferred location. Wow brilliant company and will order again

I was very impressed with the service from this company from placing the order to delivery of the turf. Gareth, who delivered it was very helpful and efficient getting the load in place. I will be using this company again.

I had good communication from this company and the turf was delivered within timescale. It was laid on the same day and was healthy looking. It has now rooted and started to grow after being watered and well looked after.

The delivery and communication was excellent. The delivery was on time and the quality of the turf was great, much better than expected and very good value.
