Worst online experience so far for photography equipment
I ordered a product named "light cone", received my order confirmation (this was 24th of February), and from that moment onwards I have never heard of them, I called support, the person on the phone told me that it wasn't possible to ship with DHL so we shipped with GLS- although I was never officially informed for such move, he stated that it is impossible to give me any more information as when will the product arrive, and how much more should I wait or when would I get a refund.
I noticed a funds reversal on my bank account, I'm assuming that this is their way of refund?! Not sure, still haven't received anything at all.
