Rollercoin is a great site, very easy to mine, it takes some strategy as does every other game.
As far as trusting on trustpilot goes, they are very open, transparent and they always reply to my emails promptly and have always helped me if I have had any issues. I have been playing for about a year, and have withdrawn many times as well. I've recommended this site to many of my colleagues as well.

It's okay. There is a lot of things that have gradually annoyed me throughout my year and a half of playing.

They've changed achievement rewards from RLT to RST which gets removed if you don't use them by the end of the season. That was one big way to get RLT to further your miners through merging or crafting new miners.
The UI changes are horrible, changing your miners and racks takes (for 3 rooms) takes up to 30 minutes because of the optimization.
Not to mention the buy-in requirement to get anywhere. You have to spend a couple of a hundred $$$ to even get anywhere remotely close to extracting any crypto you mine. Even then, I've spent ~$300 USD on the game around a year ago and have yet to get any significant amount of crypto to extract. As an example, you need a minimum of 40 XRP to take it out of RollerCoin. I earn 0.0004 XRP per block. Blocks are mined every 10 minutes, so doing some math... it'll take me 694.44 days to get enough XRP to take it out.
Not to mention, you're directly affected by the other users in your league, which affects your earnings. Often I drop down to ~0.000330 - 0.000380.
The games are okay, but seem repetitive and the rewards from the games is mainly just temporary power. I used to be able to come top 10 in the 1 out of 10 F2P events, now I cant even qualify as they've changed the methods to gain points.

The only redeeming F2P quality is hamsters, which is what I spent the money on (buying an OP hamster to get rewards). In saying that, you can't get free hamsters, unless you have been saving up for months on end to spent your RLT on the limited events that they offer hamsters.

It does what is advertised, but just be aware that the actual logistics of 'making money' is not realistic, what you know one month will change the next, and it often only benefits people who already have absurd amounts of money or crypto.

Daily mission weekly mission. With out all the ads you can't skip. Obviously you can't do it alone so the rewards get split every ten minutes.
At one point I was getting 0.002 USDT every ten minutes not much but that adds up. And its all passive. The games are just a plus.
It beats having to tap button every hour hoping for that big hit.

Bad is. No Customer service. I lost a miner due a forge event bugging. 10 rollercoins. No place to give feedback. It's not clear who the founder of this is. I still got trust issues. I play 4 month let's see how it will play out. And important are the crypto earning. No community. The are many thing. It can be a total scam or fully legit. I will give it a try.

I am in this game since a few years now. The customer service is amazing. They always respond within few hours, generally minutes. And are very supportive and keen to help! The game changes over the year but is engaging and fun!

Had either a clipboard issue or something fishy on my phone when requesting a withdrawal. When I checked the address to which I withdrew on my PC a bit later, it was showing a different address. Logged with RC support with supporting evidence, and they stopped the withdrawal on my request in less than 5 minutes after I logged the ticket. Quick and efficient.
