missing item off order and too long to arrive

I was missing one item off my order completely (i ordered 15 and only received 14). also 3 of my items were substituted for ones i already had in my basket (so i have duplicate flavours) which i didn’t opt for. it would have been nice to have had an email asking if i was ok with substitution. also i emailed asking where my parcel was as (at the time the email was sent) it had been ordered a week ago and i paid for 2 days shipping. i didn’t receive an email back and i still haven’t received an email back.
the order ended up coming 1 and a half weeks after i ordered it even though i paid extra for 2 days shipping.

Ordered last week Monday

Ordered last week Monday, 'shipped' on Tuesday. Six days later, Evri still has 'we've got it' and no signs of it being out for delivery. Why would anyone order from a company that takes a week to deliver, when it states 1-3 days when you pay? No reply to emails, so I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Ordered May 16th

Ordered May 16th, order marked as fulfilled. But nothing delivered. It is now 19th June. EVRI the delivery service have it marked as still with sender. They will not answer the phone, emails or social media. AVOID. No refund no vapes. Wish i had bough local.

Good price but risk of wrong order

I use this place as they sell elfapod refills at a really good price. Unfortunately there is a chance that your order will be wrong, as it has happened to me twice.

I ordered two rechargeable vapes (elfa elfbars) and they sent me out two packs of refill pods instead. I tried reaching out via their contact email twice, but no response.

Dishonest company

Kept order back as one flavour was out of stock, then sent part order, won’t answer phone or messages and I need the rest of the goods or a refund, steer clear of this company guys

Well firstly they held off on my order…

Well firstly they held off on my order because something was out of stock and decided not to tell me, they don't reply to emails, the phone is always straight to answer phone and the live chat is also never answered. I finally got to speak to someone via Facebook and they were sent. I have received my order today and now I have 3 items missing so am now having to try and get hold of someone again which is nearly Impossible. I wouldn't use these again.

Slow progress in receiving my order i also paid for my delivery for this reason ordered it Saturday and still have no order and clue whats going on tried to call number what everyone is happy to help on but no one picks up avoid avoid
