Still No Response – Extremely Disappointed with Support

It has been several days since I was told that someone would get back to me regarding my account verification issue. After my initial Trustpilot review, I sent two more emails as requested – yet no one has responded.

The entire process has already taken more than a week. I followed every instruction carefully: I submitted all required documents, and then a selfie as asked. Still, no confirmation.

What’s worse, the $300 withdrawal I requested is still not approved – and now that amount has completely disappeared from my account. I have no idea where the money is, and I’m receiving zero communication from support.

edit: Here’s a brief summary of my experience and the results: I couldn’t verify my identity because the website doesn’t offer a "Turkey" option. When they asked me to send all the necessary documents via email, I did so immediately and correctly. But for nearly two weeks, they haven’t verified anything. Instead, they keep sending me an automated link saying, "Please verify your identity on our website."

I've explained multiple times that they were the ones who told me to use email and that their website doesn't work for my case. I’ve sent them 7 or 8 emails and received nothing but the same automated response every time. At this point, it feels like a scam.

I’ve looked through all the so-called positive reviews — they seem fake and only promote a few shady, scam-related sites. On the other hand, the negative reviews consistently mention the same issues: no payouts, identity verification problems, and accounts being closed without reason.

I even analyzed blogs, videos, and Google data — and the pattern is always the same.

I lost $300. I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

I on registration provided wrong address and after I provided them with all necessary information and identity proof. What they asked. Firstly they require 3x wagering on all deposits which is quite scandalous, I hit 3 scatters and all 3 combined didn’t even break even, they require pretty much every document u can think of linked to your name, I am now waiting a week and still haven’t receive my withdrawal (which still lost money), they also won’t let you withdraw to card so if you deposit with a card you will have to do another deposit with one of their withdrawal methods which are mostly crypto and minimum for bank transfer is 200 euro while the deposit is 20, stay clear

On initial interaction with this site i was told to deposit to be able to verify my account(thus being able to withdraw any winnings i may have) so i made my initial deposit of $30 as i didnt want to go hard without verification.
so i make the deposit and was taken back to the home page. i thought that was strange. so i click verification again and it tells me to deposit again..
The i get in contact with the support chat and a bloke by the name of Adam. after stating my questions to Adam ie. whats up with the deposit verification process and why is it taking me back to the home page after i deposit.. Adam then sends me a link to the terms and conditions instructing me to read the many, many pages of information. i ask for a specific section to read. Adam sends back the same link and identical response message. i say this is a scam. Adam say i need to read the entire t &c i say can you just tell me the process did i need to deposit more or whats the go? Adam goes quiet for minutes as i proceed to this website to write this review... there are plenty of other online casinos I lost $30 and im super happy it was only 30. do not be fooled if you cant verify your account you wont be able to withdraw your winnings. total scam.

Money just disappeared from the account!

After being a player for a few years, I am giving my second review, which should warn people from being scammed by this website. They just stole my account balance of 200 euro without any further explanation and what is most ridiculous is that they first gave me 40 euro cashback bonus and after I have met the wagering requirements, the money just disappeared from my account. Chat support told me there was a technical issue and the money will be credited back to me, which didn’t happen in 24 hours time. I cannot believe that a casino, where you deposit a lot of money went so cheap to steal your cashback bonus money!

The bonuses they offer are a scam

They offer bonuses with a deposit. I logged on and it offered 40% bonus with a minimum $60 deposit. I deposited $65. I didn’t get the bonus and when I chatted in they said I was excluded as I got too many bonuses. Then why do they offer it and take my money?!
