Poor communication, arranged time to come and quote on Tuesday 30th at 1630 but didn't turn up, I phone up and apparently they were "running late" and were supposed to phone and let me know but didn't. I was going out at 1800. Rearranged for another time, and told by the person on the phone that he would "come on Saturday 3rd at 1600", but he didn't arrive, when I phoned up they said they had "forgotten" with it being a Saturday and apologised. I appreciate these things can happen, he said he would phone back on Monday when he got into the office to re arrange but I never received the call. A lot of wasted time. Their reviews appear to be positive, so perhaps I am just unlucky.

From start to finish informative with no pressure sale, Good explanation of install process and how product would benefit us. Very clean and tidy removed all waste products and old door would happily recommend.

Fantastic new garage door fitted by Roll Right, took the old one away and fitted the new door in a flash. Cheaper than most other firms and same products, so good value for money 💰

I contacted Roll Right and a few other companies after my roller door from another company (which are now not trading under their original name) decided to die on me.
I got a response from Alicia within 10-15 mins of emailing and an appointment was made for 2 days time, much better than 1-2 weeks from elsewhere.
Paul turned up on time and explained the ins and outs of the old and new door and gave me a very competitive quote.
After explaining to Alicia that I needed a new door asap as I couldn’t get into my garage she offered me a fitting day within 5 days which was excellent.
Paul and Levi turned up very promptly on the day ( and it was bitterly cold). They got to work and the old door was taken off and new one fitted within 2 hours. All the old door taken away and area left tidier than what it was when they arrived.
All in all very pleased with the garage door and level of service from each person I dealt with.
