So much easier to push my mother in this wheelchair than her previous one. Easy to turn into a walker and comfortable for my mother to use too. Love the fact we can change the height of the handles to suit her with it as a walker and to suit me when pushing it as a wheelchair

Excellent Roller - worth the money, and customer service was great too, when I needed a repalcement part. Being able to use as both a roller, and a chair is very useful, and works very well as a chair where I can wheel around for longer walks if needed. If you can afford it, buy it - it's he best you can get in my opinion.

I wish to update my recent review, I was contacted by Rollz following my last review to discuss my experience. Paul from Rollz could not have been more helpful, he arranged for the return of the footrests and organised a repayment the service was perfect. Also he researched for me to find suitable footrests he went over and above what could have been expected and showed a clear professional attitude. I cannot express how impressed I am with the service I received and am happy to recommend Rollz as an extremely professional company with an aftercare customer service to be trusted

Hello our experience with the Rollz is not 5 stars because we received the wheels flat, without air or been pumped. Also one of the brakes (left) was jammed, so had to regulate it and pump all 4 tires. We noticed that the pre delivery check omitted these issues. It’s important for the carer (me as husband) that had to dedicate quite time to have it going smoothly. I’m not a young guy, so every effort is important and the price paid was not cheap. Suggest you check this. The front wheels are smaller than the rear ones and when one wants to start pushing, they go different directions, one has to move to the side till they align. You should try to have them work or move together as the Trionic walker.
The packing/unpacking is very easy and fast, there you have my 👍
Being an overseas buyer of the Rollz, with a foreign passport and domicile in another country outside EU/UK, the VAT should have been deducted. I still doubt if the UK tax administration, would returned the tax when leaving Manchester airport, as no Tax form was filled by the seller. This is my opinion and hope it helps to improve your Rollz design and pre delivery checks. Thanks and Best Regards

My wife, who has MS, has purchased two of your trolleys in the last 6 months. B.A. kindly left the first one behind in Antigua in February. It was the one with the Denim bag. We have recently repurchased because the product gives her great confidence, is versatile { being used as a wheelchair as well as a shopping trolley}. But most importantly it doesn't look like a "Granny" trolley. The overall appearance is younger, more up to date, easy to load and very functional. Thank You. Michael McDonnell Norfolk England

My whole experience with Rollz has been trouble free, my order came early, the way it was packed was incredible, there was certainly no way it would have sustained any damage. I am very pleased to recommend this company

I have had several other walkers and the Rollz convertible is by far the most steady and best for me. We have used the Rollz as a wheelchair in crowds. It is very easy to make the conversion. The only negative is that the back rest for the rollator position is a necessity, should not be an accessory. I have flown with it and had no problems with checking it at the airplane door, like a stroller. I recommend it highly for the person who wants to get around and is able to handle the mobility of the Rollz.

Rollz delivered my husband’s Motion performance very promptly and we had excellent help from uk representative. The pump problem is solved and we look forward to using the new Rollz motion performance.

We were advised to purchase a Rollz rolator / wheelchair by mywife's Neurological Phisio Therapist and we are delighted we followed her advice. The Rollz is very stable and easy to maneuver.

The delivery was very quick and efficient. The items were well packed and everything arrived in extremely good condition. The rollz works very well indeed.

I was pleased that someone came out to demonstrate a rollator in my home and allowed me and my husband to try it out for ourselves. We were impressed by it and therefore bought one for ourselves.

I watched some videos about the Rollz rollator and thought that it would be useful. It arrived quickly after ordering.
The video was more useful at working out how to use it than the instruction booklet which I found difficult to follow. (I still haven't worked out where to put the bag handles and the stick holder and am hoping they will be shown in a video sometime!)
I mostly use it as a rollator and can walk quite long distances with it at a reasonable speed, with rests to sit down if it's uphill at all. Steeper hills down need some care as unequal use of the excellent brakes makes it wobble about. If we're out for the day, then I can walk for a bit, convert it into the wheelchair then get pushed for a bit by my partner.
I can actually lift it into the boot of the car and out again as I have quite good upper body strength.
It has made an enormous difference to where we can go both as a couple and on my own.

From a reluctant start to the thought of using a rollator by an elderly lady Paul patiently and interactively demonstrated the benefits the rollator would give to mother’s quality of life and movement. within 30 minutes she wanted the demo model there and then! Lovely sturdy product with safety features. Paul also contacted a local supplier who had one in stock which we collected and mother is already much more mobile and independently moving around.

Your service was first class. I bought Rollz Motion Performance from company called Glebe Health Care. Since purchase I have tried to buy back rest only to be told it is out of stock and yet you can supply within days.
