I instructed Rolstons Estate Agents to sell my property, after listing with another agency. I currently live in Watford and I was constantly seeing Rolston's for sale boards with "Sold" stamped across them, I wanted my own "Sold" board also!
From the initial contact with Stephen, he was very professional and knowledgeable on the area and explained the process that Rolstons would follow. From the first meeting with Rolstons I was very impressed and confident with their professionalism which put my mind at ease. Stephen was constantly updating me with their plans and how they were marketing the property and reaching out to potential buyers from their comprehensive database. I received many appointments from the first week and each appointment was managed by Rolstons (I actually met a couple of their staff when leaving my house and they also were very professional and informative). What I learnt from the process was how well organised Rolstons are and an insight into how a professional agency is managed - the phrase "Aces in Places" sprang to mind - from initial instruction (Stephen) I was walked through the process, sales progression was mainly managed from another ace in Holly and then after receiving several offers, I was then talked through the best offer and offered suggestions, which I'm glad I took their advice. The next Ace in place was the very impressive Danielle who kept me up to date with the sales progress, requirements and was very thorough in pushing the sale through in a timely and efficient manner.

Whilst I say there were "Aces in places", at any stage I could pick up the phone and Rolstons were on hand, I often spoke with Scott and Matthew in the office and they were always able to update me with the status of the sale. If you are looking at selling your property in Watford, I couldn't recommend Rolstons highly enough . I'd also go further to suggest you save time on negotiating with other agents, just instruct Rolston's if you want your property sold - they might not have been the cheapest I was offered, but they sold my house at the price and time that probably saved me more overall

Rolston's managed our sale with the utmost professional care and attention, from start to finish. Our specific needs were taken on board and acted upon to make this move as easy as possible. When we were worried or stressed they did their best to calm us down and make things easy. I do not hesitate to recommend them to you.

Following three months of expectations and failed promises over the busy Christmas/New Year period, I decided, enough was enough.
Moved to Rolstons and they sold my house in double quick time achieving £10,000 over my asking price effectively covering my sales and legal fees.
