I would be very careful to inspect everything immediately when ordering from RO’MA Carrelage. The company is an established French business and there are plenty of positive reviews, but I also found several customer reports concerning damaged tiles, packaging problems and delivery delays.
One customer reported a two-week delivery delay, while another reported receiving a damaged sample. There is also a disputed complaint alleging a significant quantity shortage. RO’MA responded to that particular review by saying it could not identify the order, so I would not treat that allegation as proven.
What concerns me most is the company’s own delivery procedure: customers are expected to check quantities and condition very quickly and report problems within a short timeframe, with detailed evidence. For expensive or large tile orders, I would photograph everything on arrival, check the quantity and condition before accepting the delivery, and keep all documentation.
The overall picture is mixed rather than simply good or bad, so I would do my checks carefully before placing a large order.
