Exemplary service
The thermostat controlling my bathroom underfloor heating developed a fault a few years after installation. Roma were very responsive when I contacted them to report the fault, sending out replacement parts speedily to get me up and running again in the very cold weather.
Their customer service has been exemplary, I thank you so much.
