Ordered a media Unit in March 2024, contacted for update via phone call with them to be informed my product is in finishing stage and would be contacted when ready for delivery.
No further contact after another few weeks and upon attempting contact, no emails returned and phone lines inactive, shopify site closed and unable to request any refunds. Absolute shambles. Con artists!

Purchased a table from these but the ends started to bow.. unable to get hold of them via website / phone.. don’t buy from this company
The phone number is apparently experiencing problems the chat facility is not available and they do not reply to emails. The facebook chat is disabled SO TAKE HEED and do not buy from them!!!! Now comes the fight to get my money back
Help! I placed and order for a table weeks ago and had no communications since. No one answers the phone line, responds to emails. I don’t mind if it takes time and it’s not yet ready, but the lack of communication has made me nervous as to whether it is a reputable company …. reading reviews here has added to the worry. What are people doing to get their product or money back? Trading standards?
If I could I won't even recommend 1star for this company in Oct 2023 I won a competition for a coffee table got in touch with them they answer back no problem,a few months went by msged exchanged saying they a single person making the furniture etc to this day messages have been sent but no reply seems like they like conning people they are very unprofessional, ignorant and rude by not answering don't buy anything from them con artists

Please take notice of these reviews ! This company is taking money and not delivering the goods ! They were great with questions until I paid for my table and bench and then they went quiet, eventually replied when I enquired about a date for delivery .
They actually contacted me last week and asked if I would like my table on 7th June, I said yes please . It never turned up and now they aren’t replying to msgs or emails and their phone msg is now saying there is a problem with their phone lines ! I also noticed they have changed their name to Isaac and Isaac since I paid for the table . I have contacted my bank to start a claim . Absolutely disgusting way to treat people . We actually were going to buy from a chain shop but thought a hand made table from a small company was better . How wrong we were ! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY !!!!!!!
I was initially very impressed with the customer service when I inquired about a potential order. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. However, as soon as I placed an order worth over a thousand pound, the communication completely stopped.
It has now been almost six weeks since I placed my order, which was supposed to be delivered within a 2-4 week lead time. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have received no response. Emails go unanswered, the phone line is out of service, and they are now ignoring messages on WhatsApp.
It is extremely frustrating and concerning that a company can operate in this manner. Looking at other reviews, it appears I am not the only one who has been treated this way. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any purchases.
How can a company like this still be in business? Their lack of communication and failure to deliver on promises is unacceptable.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT!
Unfortunately we were duped by them into spending thousands. Our delivery date came and went and we received nothing. Can't even get an email reply and they won't answer their phones.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered our table on the 24th January and still waiting for delivery, despite the lead time stating 2-4 weeks at the time of purchase on their website.
They have now missed 3 promised dates and communication has been shocking. I’m fed up of excuses, false promises and awful customer service.
Update- our table finally arrived, initially we were reasonably happy with it, but the ends have now started to bow and it looks awful. Avoid this company at all costs!

The customised table I received from Roman and Isaac was made to outstanding quality. The measurements were absolutely bang on and I couldn’t be more pleased about how this product turned out. This is now the second product I’ve purchased from this company and as I redecorate my home, I will be purchase a lot more highly recommend this company

We would not recommend using this company - they took our money but then didn’t answer emails, messenger questions and their phone line stopped working - it looked a professional website but customer service was appalling. Before their phone line closed they said we would get an email the next week with delivery date but it never arrived.
We said yes to a refund which was then never received. Our bank then organised claiming the money back instead. The phone line was disconnected and we were instantly blocked from their Facebook page as when we saw several customers saying the same things about missing orders we then raised concerns publicly. In addition the first 5 star review was in the same surname of company founder on the date the company was founded which caused alarm bells for us. We emailed 5 times and used messenger once with no reply until we publically mentioned our concerns.
It is such a shame the customer service was so poor. We chased so much. I’d really recommend reviewing the customer service and admin procedures to avoid this happening to others.
Thanks for replying eventually and offering a free gift, we haven’t accepted this free gift due to sustainability reasons as it is not needed. All that was needed was very basic - an initial delivery date, or an email the week it was promised after phoning to chase, or responses to chaser emails when it didn’t come, or a reply on messenger - any type of reply via any channel to reassure our order would eventually arrive.

We have made every effort to appease the customer despite us still being within the delivery timeframe originally stated clearly on our website, of which you must agree to before being able to checkout, however they have decided to post numerous reviews below, damaged our small business.

Hi Chris, you ordered a table from us on February 7th on the premise of a wait time of between 2 - 6 weeks for the table to be build.
You then proceeded to post persistent reviews regarding our company being 'fake' online. We offered you a full refund, after which you opened up a chargeback with your bank.
Our telephone line was disconnected for 4 days as we were changing providers, as stated on the message when calling our number. Our Facebook page has not been taken down - we removed you from our Facebook page because you continually posted on our page how we are a 'fake' company.
You emailed us on a weekend, which was not replied to any subsequently then started the chargeback process and posting claims of our company being fake online.
The whole situation was completely unnecessary and you were offered a full refund from the outset however you chosen to pursue this through the bank.
You have posted two reviews on this page about us, and the review above and I can see from the history we are not the only company that you seem to want to slander.

I wanted to drop you a further email to clarify a few things as the last time I want is for you to have ill feelings towards us as a company, although I suspect you already do.
Firsty, I just want to address the fact that we are indeed a real company. We have delivered hundreds of tables and other pieces of furniture throughout the UK. I have attached some images of our workshop as of 10.26 this morning of the tables, shelves etc we are working on today. We are a small company, with a team of 4 staff including myself and we are all hands on deck for 12 hours per day almost every day. Due to that, it does mean that from time to time it can take us a little longer to get back to you - that coupled with the fact our telephone was down when changing providers (which is now back up), probably wasn't the best combination - I hold my hands up to that.
In regards to the Facebook page, it was not deleted but I had to mute you on the page as you were posting that we were a fake company, which we are obviously not and it is so damaging to us being a small business I didn't want others to see that. This business is the life and sole of our family and we are naturally just trying to protect that.
I did offer you a refund when you sent through the email but when the chargeback was opened I couldn't then issue a refund for two reasons. Number one, Shopify who we use for our website doesn't allow us to refund when a chargeback is open and two it would mean a double refund would go through.
I think the situation could have been handled better from our side of things, with being more responsive to the emails that came through - so again, I do apologise for that.
I would also like to offer you a free side table or shelf from our website which we will make and send out this week in the way of an apology and to show to you we are actually a good company and we genuinely do care. As I say, I really don't want you to feel further let down by us.
I would appreciate your thoughts on this.
