From History to High-Tech: Heineken’s Inspiring Journey

I had the pleasure of attending the virtual company visit organized by Rome Business School with Heineken Italy. As a master's student in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, I found the session highly insightful and inspiring. The presentation not only covered the rich history of Heineken but also introduced us to their innovative "Connected Brewers" concept. It was impressive to see how Heineken is leveraging AI and the latest digital technologies to enhance workflow efficiency, data integration, and decision-making across their operations. This visit offered a practical glimpse into how modern practices are evolving and reaffirmed the importance of digital transformation. I'm grateful for the opportunity and believe experiences like this significantly enrich our academic and professional journey.

Career Services activity - Mover Workshop - Highly valuable and inspiring session!

I had the pleasure of attending the “Understanding how LinkedIn works & first steps in Job Searching Strategy” workshop by Rome Business School, led by Alessandro Marangi, Global Senior Talent Acquisition at General Electric.

The session was clear, actionable, and truly engaging. Alessandro not only explained how to enhance our LinkedIn presence, but also provided real-world advice on approaching the job search with purpose and strategy.

Hearing insights directly from a senior recruiter at a global company was incredibly insightful—it gave us an honest look into what companies are actually looking for today.

A must-attend workshop for anyone who wants to level up their personal brand and career approach.

‘Meet The Future’

‘Meet The Team’ was, indeed, a wonderful opportunity to introduce an idea or seek one out! Spencer and his team encouraged us to be a part of this event and I’m so glad I joined. Whilst ideas are ‘in the making’, the pitches, for me, highlighted the very important factor - ‘what can we offer the world to make it better’. I left the event inspired by the idea to recognise and celebrate and sustain the granny who knits, as well as, across the world, the smallholder farmers in the Ecuadorian Amazon who make possible the product launch of Matute Cacao, as well as the initiative to focus on the end-of-life management of photovoltaic panels, and by Pablo’s dream to expand the reach of inVitro_artLab, an incubator for creative endeavour and development. The ideas were so varied - innovative and daring - that, as was evidenced in the conversations afterwards, one felt a sense of pride that we are part of a school that has brought together this great pool of talent, and I dare say, groundbreakers on a global scale.

Paris Bootcamp Review

Paris Bootcamp Review – Sup de Luxe & Rome Business School

Participating in the Paris Bootcamp was a memorable and valuable experience.
The course itself was impressive and well-structured. Sup de Luxe brought in highly experienced and professional lecturers who shared valuable insights and real-world examples from the luxury industry. This contributed greatly to the learning experience.

As part of the program, we worked in teams on a case study focused on different luxury brands. While collaborative work is always useful, I personally found the case study a bit underwhelming — I didn’t feel it contributed significantly to developing new skills. I would have preferred more in-depth sessions and additional experience-sharing from the professors instead.

One of my main points of disappointment was the overall duration of the program. A one-week schedule with only around 11 hours of sessions felt too short to fully engage with the topics.

The company visits were interesting, but I felt there was a missed opportunity to dive deeper into the operational side of the businesses. In my opinion, it would be far more beneficial to visit company offices and interact with teams behind the scenes, rather than focusing mainly on store visits — which are more accessible and less insightful for industry professionals.

One of the most valuable aspects for me was meeting all my classmates in person. This face-to-face connection made the entire experience worthwhile, as I discovered we share many common interests and had the chance to exchange ideas, insights, and professional experiences. From a networking perspective, it was a fantastic opportunity.

To sum up: the bootcamp was a valuable and engaging experience with strong content and great networking potential. However, I believe it could be significantly improved with more immersive sessions, deeper content, and greater time investment to make it truly impactful.

Paris bootcamp 2025

The Paris Bootcamp was a truly wonderful experience. We had the chance to visit iconic places like the Dior Museum, the Rolex and Louis Vuitton boutiques, where experts shared fascinating behind-the-scenes insights and historical context. One of the highlights was our beautiful boat tour along the Seine, which offered a unique view of the city and a lovely moment to enjoy together as a group. All in all, the trip was a perfect mix of learning, fun, and exploration.

Rai Radio 3 Studio Visit

First of all, the company visit was an excellent opportunity to see where the magic happens. I've been in similar studios before, but none of them were that attentive. As an intellectual radio covering almost every part, from arts to science to news, we had a chance to catch a live studio program shooting, live radio shooting, recordings, library, archive, and many more places. Valentina Lo Surdo, who was with us from the beginning, was energetic and loved to show us the whole studio. Almost everyone who was working there stopped to see us and patiently talked to us. Marco Motta, one of the Radio3 Scienza conductors, explained how they created their program daily, and he was joyful in answering our questions. Roberta Fulci, who is also the conductor of the Scienza, was also there for us. And I shouldn't forget Anna Maria Giordano, who was one of the conductors of Radio3 Mondo. She liked to talk about the international news and how to create it for the program. And I am sorry to all whom I can't remember their names. They gave me the chance to experience their culture. The experience was good, but it would have been better if we had known who would lecture us beforehand. Maybe the next time, we, as the students, would prepare better questions and prepare accordingly. And if we can learn about the site's accessibility (stairs, distance, elevators) a considerable period before the studio visit, it would be helpful, cause some of us need this crucial information to attend. But even after all, we've spoken to the Director, Andrea Montanari, in his office, and we have a glimpse of a chance to talk to him. And a crucial part was that he offered us some experience for a future date. I'm grateful that RBS gave me that opportunity.

I Couldn’t Be There in Person, But I Still Belonged

I discovered Rome Business School by chance on social media. I didn’t expect it to impact my life this much. The Media and Entertainment Management program caught my attention immediately — I couldn’t find anything like it in other business schools across Europe. It felt like a “media MBA”, and as someone with over 10 years of international media experience, it matched exactly what I needed.

I applied for the on-campus program and planned to live in Italy. But I was denied a visa twice. It was frustrating, but I informed the school. Their response was supportive and solution-oriented. They offered me the chance to continue online, refunded the fee difference, and helped me adjust.

From that moment, I was amazed by the school’s flexibility. I missed some classes and events, so I reached out for help — and they really listened. I met with my coordinator and director, who supported me every step of the way.

Some courses like finance were completely new to me. I explained my background and professors kindly shared resources and guided me. RBS professors have strong academic and real-world experience. They don’t just teach — they share, they support, they care.

We also had shared MBA courses — a great opportunity to understand leadership from a broader perspective. You don’t just receive knowledge, you gain a mindset, a network, and a global perspective.

The online platform is very well-designed — lessons are recorded, materials are accessible, and communication is smooth. Even from a distance, I felt like I was part of a real academic environment. Professors responded to emails, gave feedback, and made sure we stayed connected. The academic team was always available, especially during difficult moments. That kind of support makes a huge difference.

Is RBS perfect? No. But that’s not their goal.
They aim to form responsible, flexible, and future-ready professionals. And that’s exactly what I felt throughout this journey.

I’ve studied in different countries and experienced many learning systems. I can truly say RBS is one of the best educational experiences I’ve had. If you want to grow — professionally, personally, culturally — this school opens that door for you, wherever you are.

I even recommended it to my sister. And yes, I’m considering a second master’s myself.

To all my professors, the student office, the academic team, my coordinator and director:
Thank you. I truly feel lucky to be part of this school.

Rome Business School's Webinars: Real-World Ready!

I'm genuinely impressed and highly satisfied with a recent professional webinar I attended, organized by Rome Business School. This was truly a standout event for my professional development.

The chance to connect directly with leading industry professionals was incredibly valuable. They generously shared their insights and gave us practical advice on how our lectures apply in the real world, and what we need to do to smoothly enter the professional scene after we graduate. It was fantastic to hear their suggestions for adapting to the working environment.

The entire session was very interactive, which made it easy to ask questions and discuss openly. The professionals were also incredibly supportive, which really made the experience even better. Their advice and the notions they talked about perfectly complemented our classroom learning, giving us that essential real-world perspective.

It's clear that Rome Business School designs every event with a specific goal: to equip students like us to become truly effective and better managers.

Fake and Scam don't buy it I study here still

My experience in the Master of International Tourism program has been far below expectations. Many of the “professors” are not actual academics but business owners brought in as guest lecturers. Only one or two held the actual title of professor. Communication is poor emails often go unanswered, and when replies come, they’re clearly AI generated (yes, even from those telling us not to rely on AI). It's ironic
Boot camps that were promised as optional experience cost €3,000–€4,000 additional organized by businesses linked to faculty members and owner is a professor at the university. We were heavily encouraged to attend, which raises ethical questions. The study system is flawed. I personally submitted and passed an exam that later “disappeared” from their platform seems like a game. I was then asked to pay €50 to retake it. No explanation, no accountability just payment demanded.
They promised job opportunities but failed to mention that international students would face visa restrictions, making work nearly impossible. Career fairs were mostly just for show, with no support for non-EU students.
Also be cautious with the reviews you read online most positive ones are from students helping with their marketing or those unaffected by these issues.
I left a stable job in my home country for this program and regret the decision . There are far better institutions in Rome and beyond. Choose wisely.they don't even provide diplome it is certificate for a course.
They make money off the students be careful!! I made mistake but you choose wisely.

The Bootcamp in Paris was planned for…

The Bootcamp in Paris was planned for the two fashion masters. We would except to have company visits to the important fashion brands like dior and lv. The problem is my intake didn’t have any visit in the dior galerie and the other intake had a whole guided tour in Dior. And we paid the same amount of money. I am very disappointed by this. The school we collaborated was great and a nice experience but it’s a same because it was not fair for my class. Moreover I feel like one meal should be definitely included for us for such a high amount of money. Also maybe think about timing next time and give some time the students in between classes and visits for lunch because the whole break was used for the distance to go from one place to another.
I would give maybe more stars but the think with Dior was really a disappointment.

A school that truly connects you to business

I am writing this review to highlight the importance of RBS in facilitating entry into the job market. Through RBS, I was given the opportunity to work for a French multinational company in Milan, Italy. I am especially grateful to Serena from Career Services, who went above and beyond the scope of her role to support me throughout the entire journey with commitment, dedication, and empathy.

My experience at Rome Business School…

My experience at Rome Business School has been outstanding. The Project Management program strikes an excellent balance between solid theoretical foundations and hands-on practical application. I particularly appreciated the real-world insights shared by industry leaders from top companies like Amazon.

A standout moment was the company visit, which truly brought classroom concepts to life. It provided invaluable exposure to real business challenges and practical strategies to tackle the main experience that went far beyond textbooks.

The faculty is exceptionally supportive, and the school’s vibrant international environment adds significant value, fostering diverse perspectives and networking opportunities.

I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to build a successful career in project management.

RBS Bootcamp review

The experience was good overall, as was the location of the bootcamp. However, we're still unsure where our 3000 euros went. The hotel was not a 4-star, and at only 60 euros per night per person—around 500 for the week which leaves 2,500 unaccounted for. Meals, transportation, and essentially everything else were not included in the price, which makes us question the overall value. This is disappointing.

The boat tour, which was highlighted on RBS’s Instagram story, was not private as implied. Additionally, the trip was promoted in collaboration with brands like Dior and their Gallery, but we never visited it. The marketing definitely felt misleading, if not a bit of a scam.

That said, the Rolex and Boucheron visit were great, and the bootcamp's location was great. I really hope this feedback will be taken into account for upcoming students.
