This service was so AWESOME
This service was so AWESOME. It wasnt just a transfer , they stopped and let us out at 5 or 6 main tourist sites. It literally was a hop on hop off service. Our driver, Emiliano was full of information and shared so much with us.. If i could give 10 stars i would!!

Great Service
Excellent service from Port Civitavecchia to main center city Rome. It was quick to setup the request through email and then the driver had a whatsapp number. We actually were able to disembark the cruise ship early and the driver even came an hour early to pick us up. Would certainly use the service again.

Our driver didn't show up
Our driver didn't show up. Customer representative from airport called the number and name you sent. He said he didn't know you and was not supposed to pick anyone up. After 2 1/2-3 hours we got another driver which cost up more money. Your driver did not show and speak to us at all. If he had we would have known what was going on.

Your booking included two passengers arriving on two separate flights. While you exited promptly, the second passenger faced a cumulative delay of nearly 3 hours due to flight arrival, luggage collection, and passport control lines. Our initial driver waited as long as possible, but due to other scheduled commitments, we had to assign a replacement driver to safely accommodate the extended wait time.
We always strive to manage unexpected airport delays efficiently, and we regret any confusion caused during the transition between drivers.

Very good experience overall, but in Civitavecchia the machine to pay of the driver did not work and it was a hassle. He had to take me out of the port to try to have it work.

Excellent service from start to finish. We booked them for a group of 12 of us for 3 different transfers and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The drivers were excellent, always arrived on time, and communication before each pick-up was great. Everything ran so smoothly and made travelling stress-free for our group.
