WARNING: no returns if an item doesn't fit. i ordered 5 items, using their sizing guide carefully (each item sizes differently, ie some T shirts fit me in a L, some XL). it took about 3 weeks to get the order. the biggest problem i have with Ronath is you are not allowed to return any items unless there is a manufacturing problem. if they don't fit, TOO BAD. you bought it, you keep it. i honestly like the T shirts , and the long flowered dress, (even though the material is very thin ), but i am very disappointed that i cannot return a dress that is too small, even though i followed their sizing guide for that item. Sales are final!

This dress is beautiful. Was worth the wait

I ordered 4 tops hoping to like one or two.....love all. The only problem was the wait. It took so long for them to ship. It was worth the wait.

Finally received the dress I ordered. I ordered an extra large. The dress I received, with an XL tag, was at best a large but probably a medium. The “fabric “ is nothing like I have seen or felt. Can’t even describe it. Will definitely not buy from them again. And expect ship time to be at least one month.

Pleasantly surprised. Fit was great and fabric was lovely.

I was a bit wary of ordering from a company I didn’t know, then quite concerned when the items took several weeks to arrive in Australia( summer had passed 😒) But the clothes have arrived now, and they fit well,and are of good quality. Thank you.

I bought what I thought were 2 nice dresses for the summer. Took weeks to get here. They initially advertised that the dresses were made in USA. So I took a chance. Later on in comments they changed their tune to shipped from USA. Turns out the dresses are made in China for women with no bustline or waistline. Will not give me an address for return and have offered me $10 credit for a $104.00 order. EXPENSIVE SCAM FOR A PENSIONER.

It took way too long to get the items, but they fit and I like them.

The dress was poorly sewn, disproportionate in size. It was not XL on top part. So very ☹️.

$150.00 mistake! The clothes come from China, the fabric is nothing like it’s described (cotton or cotton blend), thick cheap nylon type and feels hot and horrible. I’m done ordering any type of clothing from popups on Facebook, as I always check fabric content and it comes with a different fabric and is crap! Do not believe the reviews, they are most certainly FAKE! DONE! I can’t even return as I go to the website and it tells me nothing Debbie Hopkins

This company do not let you return items and the fabric is not as described

This company only gets a 1 because I have to select something. I ordered (what was depicted as a beautiful) dress online. The material was stiff and cut all wrong. This company is in China, which I didn’t know. I asked to return the dress and despite my reasons why they wanted pictures??? I’m going to dispute this with my credit card but that’s my only recourse and they have stopped responding. Mistake!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Should have known...all the advertisements on FB are the same. China!! This dress looked so pretty in the picture and said it was made of t shirt material. It’s not. It’s a stiff fabric and the dress is cut all wrong. It makes me look like I’m 9 months pregnant and I am slim. Sent an email asking for a return address for refund as I wasn’t happy with the fabric or the fit. I got a response from them asking for photos and why I want to return it. What?? I just told you! I see what I’m dealing with here. Typical. I’ll see where it goes, not spending a lot of energy on this. I’ll dispute the charge on my credit card if they jerk me around and see what happens. Probably going to be a $50 mistake. Never again.

Buyer beware! Very dishonest company.
Website says great things about customer service impossible to get a refund on items that are very poor quality. Sent a message requesting a refund and their reply was “ since the postage is expensive returning items is not a good option but we can compensate you with $12.00 and just keep the items.” I paid $104 for this junk and that is their wonderful customer service. Horrible company!

Love the design and colour but the fabric feels like shower curtain fabric

Lovely colour soft material and very comfortable in.

I have tried to contact this company four times with no response. Their website says shipping from LA but my statement came through from e-commerce which is European. I would never have placed this order if I knew. I still have not received my item. Would not recommend this company. Beware

Scam! I waited over a month for my spring/summer "cotton blend" dress as advertised.
I opened the package with great anticipation. I. Was. Disappointed. And. Disgusted.
It is made of such cheap polyester, a flimsy, papery synthetic feel that doesn't "breathe" at all.
I live in Florida, and was looking for a cool and stylish dress.
This one is a sweat fest.
NOTHING like advertised on Instagram advert.
I wrote a review on their site and it was promptly deleted.
The other 8 "reviewers" gave it 5 stars, one even praising its' pockets...of which there are NONE.
Fake reviews.
I will never buy from Ronath again. Total "bait and switch" company.

I wish there was a zero star..the company will never send the return label...they will offer you a 9 dollar compensation for a 50 dollar item...they lie...have been trying for weeks..no luck... only an offer of 9 dollars!! Don't buy anything from them!!

Love the dress, it is exactly like the picture. Size is good.
