need an improvement
Have used this company twice before and no complaints but not this time. Ordered 8 pieces of timber after 1 week they arrived but only 7, rang the office and was informed that only 7 were shipped and asked did I require the extra one which the answer was yes and yet again it took another week to arrive Not impressed this time

bit of a faff
Delivered when they said (roughly) it would be delivered and guy helped unload the delivery. However if first time ordering look out for the confirmation system it doesn't work for some networks and you need to phone to confirm your delivery, a bit of a faff, But no complaints about the Timber sent
