Not bad, but not perfect either.
First time ordering so always a little anxious with new suppliers.
Delivered on the day chosen, but there's room for improvement with maybe offering a delivery window rather than only knowing its coming at some point during the day.
Delivery driver was courteous, but unfortunately one of the main lengths of timber had some damage which was pointed out to the delivery person.
I have managed to adjust what l was making so that l didn't need to use the full length, but was disappointed that l had had to do this.
For a first experience, it's put me off ordering again sadly which is a shame as l hoped it would be a regular supplier.
I was glad l had only placed a very small order just to give them a try.

Apologies for the issue with our timber. I have investigated this and it appears we delivered this on our own transport, but unfortunately as nothing was written on the delivery note, and, as the driver has not relayed the information to the office, we have not taken any steps to resolve this with you. Usually, anything reported to the office is resolved quickly in some way.
Please get in contact if you need anything further by email to sales@roncurrie.co.uk. Again, I can only apologise for the issue and hope that if you do use us again, we get it right like we normally do.
