Ordered a mower online arranged to…
Ordered a mower online arranged to collect the mower from the shop in Worcester. As it was easier than having it delivered. I was contacted by email and phone to tell me my mower was available for collection. I arrived at the shop expecting to collect the mower in a box. To my surprise the mower had been assembled, checked, and even enough fuel to mow the lawn. Hats off to Ron Smith.

Easy ordering online and collected really easily.
Bit of a problem with click and collect but nothing to moan about. Probably my fault for being too early. Had to pop only 1minute away to the main warehouse. Shop would have been happy to go and get it anyway. Guys at warehouse very kindly loaded up my car for me.

Under frustrating circumstances
Under frustrating circumstances, they were faultless and great to deal with. I'd ordered a piece of equipment that turned out the manufacturers had discontinued with no stock available; the only alternative was the new model, obviously at an unwelcome premium, but Ron Smith were immediate to offer a fair compromise on the price and the machine turned up days earlier than expected. So I'm very impressed with them, but realistically not on the market to buying too much more garden machinery in the near future. If I do, they'll be my first call.
