I used this product on tiles. I was experiencing water ingress via the tile grout joint. Regardless of the grout, exterior, flexible, waterproof, Etc. the grout always cracked and allowed water through. I applied two coats of Clearcoat. It was easy to apply, totally transparent, but slippy once dry after rainfall. So I applied a coat with fine plastic beads. This gave grip. The Clearcoat provided the waterproofing we needed. I will say, wear gloves, buy some spiked shoes, apply with roller or brush. Have everything ready. It is fairly expensive. But does the job.
