I bought a 2m x 3m roof lantern.
Delivery arrangements were clear and simple. Delivery was well packaged and arrived exactly as planned.
I do have some building experience but have never installed a roof lantern before. The lantern was high quality with clear and concise assembly instructions. I think a competent Diy'er would have no problems.
The price was highly competitive without any compromise on quality.
The lantern has been installed now for over 3 months and I am very pleased with my purchase.
I highly recommend this company and would be my first choice for any roof light products.

This is the second skylight I've purchased from these guys. Both have been great!
They fit well & come with all the fixing screws & caps too.

We purchased our rooflight a few weeks ago. The driver was outstanding and so helpful, he rang me whilst in transit, this allowed me to ensure we had men available to lift the 85kg glass. The flat roof now finished allowed us to fit the roof light, it looks amazing and we are really pleased with the quality and value. I'd definitely recommend this company and their values.

The company phoned me about 3 months after delivering the 2 x 900cm square rooflights that we have installed into a garage roof to see how we'd found fitting them and also to ask if we would be happy to leave a review. I rarely review things but in this case I was happy to do so. The rooflights were well made, well delivered (on time and with care), and the builders found them easy to fit. We used more expensive roof lights for the house itself but to be honest (as I told a member of staff on the phone), if I had my time again, I would have used this company for the roof lights throughout the build. Happy to recommend, no problems.

My husband ordered 2 skylights. Original delivery went smoothly but we were let down by the person we’d asked to install them for us.
As we are moving house, we then contacted the company to organise a return and was told it would be a 50% restocking fee! Products are still in original packaging; I expected to pay a return courier fee but not 50% of the original cost (as well!) which would be for less than 2 months of storage in our garage!
Disappointing experience and we would not order again.

I stand by my original review (unedited above). I wrote this review as I was shocked at the restocking fee. Considering the product has not been out of the box I expected to pay return delivery and maybe up to 10% value for restocking. My personal view is that 50% is unreasonable.
I have not replied to the company since they offered this as I do not intend to return their product for only a 50% refund.

Very efficient service and value for money

Ordered one rooflight for our company and it was perfect. It was much cheaper than roofing and building merchants. Delivery was made very quickly as well compared to other companies I've previously used. Highly recommend

I purchased a roof lantern from this company after a search on the internet as the window fitter I use could not get one locally without a minimum 8 week wait. They advertised delivery in 10 days and it arrived promptly on the day promised shortly after 9am. My fitter came to install it a few days later when my new flat roof was finished and completed it very quickly and with no problems. I would definitely give them a try if you’re interested in something like this as I can thoroughly recommend them for product quality and excellent customer service.

The roof lights are so easy to put together and install, everything is labelled and slots in first time finish look is really smart and they transform the rooms. Now fitted one 2m x 2m in the kitchen and a 2m x1.5m in the dining room.

I purchased two polycarbonate pyramid skylights it’s great product easy to install it already been fitted on the roof two months ago with no signs of any leak

Great company to deal with. Response time to any questions was very quick. Very helpful on the phone. Very competitive on price. There was an issue with one of the rooflights on delivery but after making them aware of this they sorted the issue out in the same day.
